    i’m I know emotions are high right now this video [Music] upset you it’s going to upset you maybe don’t watch i’m sorry don’t watch but watch hello my friend it is Perez the queen of all media the original influencer and your number one source for everything it ends with us saga as I was the first person or media outlet anyone I was the first of everyone to tell you that Justin Beldoni chose not to file a Second Amended complaint this is in connection to the judge’s ruling back on June the 9th tossing in the garbage all of his claims against her there was an asterisk the judge did allow Baldoni to move forward with some of his causes of action but gave him a deadline of yesterday to file this second amended complaint yesterday came and went and at midnight Eastern I made a video and I still haven’t fully processed it even though we have heard today from his attorney and he didn’t obviously share his strategy lawyers don’t like to reveal their cards ahead of time obviously Brian Freriedman his attorney who is also my attorney and has not given me any information or uh influenced me or given me a freaking discount i still use him freriedman said this morning quote “The court’s decision on the motion to dismiss has no effect whatsoever on the truth that there was no harassment nor any smear campaign and it does not in any way affect our vigorous defense against Miss Lively’s claims discovery is proceeding and we are confident that we will prevail against these factually baseless accusations instead of revising the existing claims our clients will be pursuing additional legal options that are available to us what those legal options are we don’t know yet but Brian Freriedman said they were going to file a second amended complaint and now oopsie he changed his mind and they haven’t my Spidey senses are tingling and the plantation princess of Cherokee descent is declaring a major win total victory actually a rep for the alleged racist says quote “The court dismissed the frivolous $400 million Baldon Wayfairer lawsuit in its entirety in the days that followed Baldon’s lawyer said the judge’s decision to dismiss their case was not a big deal as they promised to amend and refile it as per usual that was not true that’s what happened score for them they end the statement saying the court’s dismissal of Baldon’s sham lawsuit was a total victory after all for now perhaps an appeal or a new lawsuit with different claims but the victory lap has commenced thoughts let’s discuss it all in the comments section

      I believe she's correct now. They didn't bother to file an amended complaint. Didn't notify the court that they weren't filing. They didn't care she missed deposition yesterday. They agreed to reschedule. They look absolutely ridiculous and this is coming from a team Justin person. I 100% believe he's innocent of SH but I'm starting to wonder if she has dirt on Sarowitz. Because they're STILL tip toeing around her like they're scared of her. Why?? She's come out unprofessional and ready for their throats from the beginning and they just take it. It's starting to get sickening as a supporter. Stand the hell up and defend yourselves. They are not going to court! She will drop this case. Now they have nothing. No way to defend themselves. I'm very disappointed in Freedman. While I don't agree with Liman throwing out Justin's claims, I will admit that I've been disappointed with the way Freedman has handled Justin in the courts. Hardly any letters to the judge. Hardly any motions to compel. No real counter to her letters. And while I also don't agree with the way her lawyers do things, Freedman has access to the same law information her lawyers do. We all can see they play dirty so why isn't Freedman ever prepared for their shenanigans?? This has been very disappointing and I've decided to no longer follow this story. I don't like defeated attitudes. They've wasted all of their supporters time. Content creators have been harassed and threatened standing with Justin. Some people lost their channels and got kicked out of the creator funds and they kept posting for him anyways. I think we all need to back off. If they want to give up, we need to support others who want to fight.

      People change their minds, I am so happy Justin and the other victims changed their minds and are exploring other legal options. Who cares if Blake's team uses words, false words. It has no power. Any idiot can follow these events and tell when her team is lying in their public statements and it does not make them look good. It makes them look like the snakes that they r.
