the mainstream media has not spoken about this yet and this is why you follow me hello my friend it is perez the queen of all media the original influencer and your number one source for everything it ends with us saga as i was the first to tell you yesterday when it turned 900 p.m pacific standard time midnight eastern i reported that justin belone did not file his second amended complaint i’ve got something in my lip there i just ate as i told you back in the beginning of june the judge went through his entire lawsuit and tossed it in the garbage many of his causes of action he dismissed them with prejudice that means they’re done and final judge lyman did give baldoni and the wayfair parties the ability to move forward with some claims if they were to file a second amended complaint which was due yesterday but they didn’t file that and a lawsuit is chess not checkers you know one of the byproducts of him not filing a second amended complaint lion ryan is no longer a part of this legal mess and it’s just fake blake versus justin baldon serena vander krookson’s publicist leslie sloan was already removed from the case once the judge dropped the defamation claims and i told you that yesterday leslie sloan filed a motion to recover her attorney’s fees she wants justin belone and the wayfairer parties to pay over $1.3 million for her legal expenses and costs the judge has not ruled on that yet the judge previously dismissed her request for legal expenses but said that she was open to file a separate motion and he would consider it so i am cautiously optimistic that judge lyman will not grant the motion to cover legal expenses by leslie sloan but given his track record i don’t know and earlier today i told you all that subpoena serena released a statement gloating that belon did not file a second amended complaint but we have not heard from dickpool yet and that’s not by chance i think we will hear from him probably sometime this week when he requests his legal expenses to be paid for in a motion against baldoni and the wayfairer parties when you play chess long enough you start to anticipate the other side’s moves first sloan then comes reynolds and he is no longer a part of the federal lawsuit going forward his claims are done for now if he does appeal it has to be within 30 days so we will find out sooner than later if he’s going to appeal and onwards we go all right my friend thoughts on anything and everything let’s discuss it all in the comments section

LS requesting attorneys’ fees from JB/Wayfarer is ugh🤮….especially since her case was lamely dismissed by the judge. It wouldn’t surprise me if Limon grants her request as he has shown his obvious stance on this case☠️.
