i’m back and it just got real good hello my friend it is Perez the queen of all media the original influencer and your number one source for everything it ends with us saga as I shared with you earlier Justin Baldon’s attorney went to Judge Lyman to file a motion to compel hand over all the van Xan of it all that they submitted in a subpoena to the Swift Repellent months ago April 21st to be exact van Xan is the company that either she or Cespool are the owners of which they used to obtain all the text messages and emails from his publicist Jen Ael at her former company i’m going to go into it a different way baldoni used to be repped by a PR company called Jones Works the head of Jones Works was Stephanie Jones last summer Stephanie Jones fired her employee Jen Ael who was working on the Belon Wayfairer account stephanie Jones the head of Jones Works PR agency got word that Jen Ael was going to start her own company so instead of an amicable parting of ways bad boss Stephanie Jones took Jen Abel’s laptop and cell phone and according to the Baldon Wayfairer parties improperly received all her texts and emails including confidential and personal information and according to the Baldon Wayfairer parties that very same day Subpina Serena’s publicist the infamous Leslie Sloan found out about at least some of the contents of what was said in those texts and messages sloan then reached out to Melissa Nathan who not that long prior was hired by Baldoni to work as his crisis PR expert fully caught up and understand everything if you don’t I can explain it all in the comments section so the basement manager knew that she intended to sue Baldoni months before she filed her complaint in December it is rumored that way prior to filing her lawsuit Kruella Lively already had Jen Abel’s texts and emails because Stephanie Jones willingly happily handed them over and theories include that Stephanie Jones conspired with Dulu to get us to where we are today however that may not have happened what definitely did happen is that the penguin expert filed a lawsuit through her Vanzan sham company a shell organization really rich people do that stuff all the time to protect them their assets they have a ton of businesses and corporations and they’re incorporated in Delaware etc etc she filed this complaint in the fall through Vanzan without naming herself or without naming Justin or Jen Aable or any of the Wayfair parties this sham lawsuit seemingly for breach of contract allowed her to get legally the texts and emails of Jen Ael which she might have already had in her possession illegally perhaps after the Vanzan subpoena was served and she had an excuse for legally being in possession of the communications she then withdrew that complaint rich isn’t it grand isn’t it great isn’t it swell so that leads us to now as I mentioned in my video from earlier today Jen Ael his publicist filed a motion with the court to compel all of sexual harassment’s Vanzan information the subpoena shareholders anything related to Vanzan and in a sign of good faith Baldoni and Abel’s attorney told the judge that they streamlined their requests they narrowed it to just seeking only the identities of the Vanzan shareholders only communications between Vanzan andor its council and Stephanie Jones and Jones Works LLC and or their council and the subpoena in question from last fall as well as the documents produced as a result of that subpoena well good old Ezra one of the attorneys for the shamtastic and shameful actress just responded to that motion to compel and even though Vanzan is Blake Lively andor Ryan Reynolds her lawyer wants the judge to know quote “We note that this firm does not represent Van Xan for the purposes of the Vanz Xan subpoena that is the subject of this motion to compel vanzan is represented by the Zookerman LLP firm per the certificate of service on the motion this letter is not intended to be a response on behalf of Vanzan but is rather provided forational purposes to the court and the parties they’re such magnanimous people however the real juicy bit and the meat and potatoes is this part ezra Hudson tells Judge Lyman quote “We write to alert the court that the motion to compel omits critical information that creates a materially misleading record specifically Miss Abel seeks to compel Vanzan to produce among other things one a copy of the subpoena served by Vanzan on plaintiff Jones Works LLC in the matter Vanzan versus doze 1-10 New York Supreme Court index blah blah blah blah the Vanzan subpoena a subset of request 10 and two the documents Jones Works LLC produced in response to the Vanzan subpoena a subset of request 11 listen up the motion omits however the fact that Miss Ael and the other Wayfairer parties have been in possession of the subpoena and documents produced in response to that subpoena since no later than May 16th 2025 what team Pinocchio has told the judge they already handed over the van Xan sham subpoena and more last month no later than May the 16th that letter to the judge was filed today ellen Gop filed her letter and a sworn declaration yesterday remember what I just told you ezra Hudson Pinocchio’s attorney says Miss Abel and the other Wayfairer parties have been in possession of the subpoena and documents produced in response to that subpoena since no later than May 16th 2025 well in her sworn declaration just filed this week with the judge Baldoni and Abel’s lawyer Ellen Goff says quote “As of the date of this filing June 24th Van Xan has not produced a single document responsive to Miss Abel’s requests i declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct well shoo either Ellen Gop is lying or Ezra Hudson is lying this is big this is crazy if the Vanzan subpoena and documents were handed over last month surely they must have a way to trace that and confirm it right i’m inclined to believe it to be continued all right i needed this little pickme up of drama my fram thoughts let’s discuss all we’ve learned and anything else everything in the comments section stop the presses stop the press who says that anymore ps and this is a big one i just had like a light bulb go off literally before I hit publish baldon’s attorney says as of the date of this filing Vanz Xan has not produced a single document responsive to Miss Abel’s requests ellen Gop told the judge that she had a series of meet and confer conferences with Van Xan’s council that is not Ezra Hudson it is possible that both sides are telling the truth here per her attorney the Woody Allen apologist did hand over on May 16th a copy of the Vanzan subpoena and all documents produced by Jones Works LLC in response to the Vanzan subpoena but Ellen Garop swore in her declaration she’s not received anything from Vanzan and she was in communications with the Vanzan attorneys semantics but it’s important in law they want documents from Vanzan itself and they must believe that Vanzan has additional or different or just to confirm true and correct right because Blondie and her team handed over copies they might want to see the real thing maybe you know metadata might prove something else i don’t know i’m not a lawyer so maybe both sides are telling the truth maybe both sides are lying i’m confused now let us all Notice the filing from Ezra doesn't say they provided the documents. They said the Wayfarer parties have been in possession since May 16. I wonder if that correlates to the date without a Crystal Ball informed Friedman, not them providing the info.
Who are the clients of dishonest Stephanie Jones at this point? The only way someone stays with her is because they have dirty things to hide too….. so, it would be very interesting to know
I heard from a lawyer yesterday that Friedman needs the original copy from Vanzan from them. Not a copy of a copy of a copy from somebody else. Friedman can’t and isn’t allowed to send in to the court if it’s not the original. Otherwise it can be falsified like she did with the texts and he will be in big trouble. So he needs the original. And I don’t think Friedman would commit purgery over something so stupid. 2nd if that lawyer isn’t vanzans lawyer then he can not send in the papers to Friedman. That’s how the law works. So if vanzan can not produce evidence that they sent the original then Friedman is correct.

Wasn’t it S. Katze, lawyer from Manatt, that put together the Vanzan suit and subpoena? Katze may not currently represent Lively but she’s from the same law firm as Hudson. So they made sure to change law firms to circumvent possible future fallout from this sham suit. Unbelievably! Justice system is not the same as legal system.
FYI Jen Abel’s new attorney filed motion to compel, not Baldoni lawyer. Also the exhibit shows the documents were for the Lively case and not the Joneswork case. It was under a protective order and not to be shared. Also the documents didn’t have metadata or attachments included. 7413 pages of discovery in a different case.
A lawyer I followed explained that due to the shady tactic used they need the original document not just the copies- also, the timing of the subpoena is what is in question.

Freedman has a copy from another source. But they were not transmitted directly from VanZan. The copies he has may or may not be altered. So he needs an official set in its entirety, directly from VanZan.

Vanzan is probably headed on paper by Ryan’s brother or something. Ryan probably uses the shell company to do dirty dealings and his brother works for him so he does whatever Ryan wants.

This a complete lie lol. The headline is misleading too. They got “copies” they are clearly asking for the originals with the metadata and attachments. They are trying to confuse the judge. Her lawyers are omitting the fact they didn’t hand over an original copy. Lies upon lies.
Bryan Freedman did not commit perjury. I just went through a trial that made national news and during the investigation at the scene, the detectives downloaded all my home security footage from my phone, but the DA’s office still got a subpoena to get the original copies directly from my security provider to make sure none of the videos were edited. Baldoni’s team has the right to make sure they didn’t receive doctored documents.
The subpoena they received was not from the party served but rather from the issuer. It’s important to get copies produced by both parties both the issuer and the receiver. They’re creating headlines that’s all. As someone who’s worked in the legal profession since 1998 it is standard practice. You need to make sure that what was produced on both sides matches. That’s how you catch malfeasance.
I believe they have a copy of the subpoena, but they are asking Vansham DIRECTLY for paperwork about the company.
