    the Dallas Cowboys players are scoring major touchdowns both on the field and at the negotiating table While the NFL team’s cheer squad recently revealed during the newest season of America’s Sweethearts Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders that they’ve been given a 400% pay raise That number still pales in comparison to what players in the franchise take home each year With the team’s quarterback Dak Prescott having signed a 4-year contract extension valued at $240 million making the 31-year-old the highest paid player in the league And Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CD Lamb also signed a 4-year contract with the team last summer valued at $136 million And even after CD’s deal was restructured in March resulting in a $20 million savings for the team the 26-year-old salary remains significantly higher than that of the Dallas Cowboys fame cheer squad with Jada McClean who’s been with the team for five years revealing how much she and her fellow cheerleaders could now be making following the 400% pay bump telling the New York Times in an interview published June 18th that veteran members on the squad could be earning more than $75 an hour The raise which takes effect for the 2025 NFL season marks the end of a year’slong fight by the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders for fair pay With NBC Sports reporting in 2022 that the cheerleaders were making an average of $22,500 annually while the club’s overall value is estimated to be around $9 billion [Music]

    1. The cheerleadrs get paid low because it keeps beautiful women vunerable to the rich men who prey on them, probably be all the CEOs, agents, sponsors, and company owners!

    2. Okay don’t demonise the players because comparing to the worth they bring to the team they could also be considered underplayed . Why don’t people ever look to the owners that exploit everyone at also every position?
