are you fed up with the untraceable emotionally distressed blake lively well you’re not the only one so is the judge in this case hello my frame it is perez the queen of all media the original influencer and your number one source for everything it ends with us saga remember the name jed wallace he is the digital samurai astroturf mastermind that team baldoni hired last summer wallace lives in texas works in texas argues that his jurisdiction is in texas and has litigation there with serena vanderrooken wallace originally was not named in the gossip ghoul alums complaint he was added after she amended it lawyers are going to lawyer and they filed a motion to be dismissed from her lawsuit in federal court in new york obviously insuffre lake is not happy with that and is trying to prevent jed wallace from being removed from her lawsuit so today judge lyman issued a ruling and this is one of the funniest things he’s done all year in his ruling today he says lively may submit a letter of no more than two single spaced pages by july the 2nd addressed solely to the argument made by wallace and street relations his company in support of their motion to dismiss that lively never identifies any specific co-con conspirator committing any specific act that qualifies under 302 an act taken while physically present in new york that she is seeking to impute to wallace through the conspiracy theory jurisdiction although the wallace defendants argue in their opening brief that they are not subject to jurisdiction under the long arms statute including via a theory of conspiracy jurisdiction the specific argument quoted above is only squarely raised in reply the wallace defendants may submit a response of no more than two single spaced pages by july the 7th so ordered this motion to dismiss has been going on for a while translating what the judge says make it snappy you are all wasting my time every single day with motion after motion after letter and complaint i know that brevity is not their strong suit but you have to good luck all right my friend thoughts let’s discuss in the comment section
