scott Wolf is taking legal action against estranged wife Kelly Wolf less than a month after the actor announced he was divorcing Kelly after 21 years of marriage a judge is granting Scott temporary custody of the couple’s children as well as a restraining order in court docs obtained by today.com June 26th a Utah judge rules that Kelly quote has been engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the party’s minor children this news comes after Kelly who shares kids 16-year-old son Jackson 12-year-old son Miller and 11-year-old daughter Lucy with the party of five star was recently placed in an involuntary psychiatric hold with the judge going on to note in the filing that the Realworld New Orleans alum has made quote threats to remove the party’s minor children from the country adding that Kelly’s recent behavior was sufficient for her to be detained by law enforcement and subsequently placed on an involuntary psychiatric commitment following the ruling Kelly speaks out about the situation on social media writing on her Instagram stories June 27th “I wish you all knew the whole story of the last 5 years it’s very hard to be lied about and subjugated and treated like garbage when you’ve devoted your life to be kind i am not able to see my children based on these absurd and heinous allegations being sent my way.” E-News has reached out to Scott’s rep for comment but hasn’t yet heard back [Music]
