Bryan Kohberger’s Signed Confession for Idaho Murders Revealed | E! News
Brian Coberger is sealing his fate. Before entering his guilty plea in the November 2022 killings of University of Idaho students Kaylee Gonzalez, Madison Mogan, Xanna Kernodal, and Ethan Chapen, the 30-year-old formally admitted to committing the murders in a signed confession filed in court and obtained by E! News. In the written factual basis, Coberger elected to hereby admit responsibility for the killing and murder of the four victims with the crimes characterized as willful, unlawful, deliberate, with premeditation and with malice of forethought. He also confessed to committing burglary for unlawfully entering the residence where the fatal stabbings took place. Notably, Coberger signed the document on July 1st, one day after it was announced that he had agreed to a plea deal with prosecutors. During a July 2nd hearing, he verbally accepted culpability for the murders, though he did not give a written or verbal explanation for his crimes. With respect to count one, burglary felony, how do you plead Mr. Coberger guilty or not guilty? Guilty. As part of his plea deal, the former criminology student waved his right to appeal his sentence or ask for a more lenient punishment, according to District Court Judge Steven Hipler. The deal constituted a fixed life sentence for the murders as well as a 10-year sentence for the burglary charge, though Hippler can still choose whether to accept the agreement. So much time wasted. Good lord
He obviously has some issues. I think he thought he could get away with it but then realized he's not getting off.
The incel social reject is gone for life
there wasn't enough evidence to convict him. maybe if they could actually see it was his car in the videos or if cell towers were more accurate than an entire town
This isn’t justice
What an ugly signature lol
I wonder WHAT his own parents think and say of this…🤔?!? Hopefully someone can interview them.. his siblings/family members
“justice”?
This means that he’s going to CONFESS?!?
Weird case
the fact this guy just gets to keep on living is sick
What was his motive ?
A killer and a coward. The plea is such an injustice to the victims and their families.
What was his motive? Anybody know?
Regarded tism boy
And no where on it says death sentence is off the Table or that he can’t appeal it
The Idaho 4 had their deaths staged to avoid murder charges for the drug overdose deaths of Hannah Cleere and Hudson Lindow. Bryan Kohberger is a drug addict who volunteered to be framed for the staged murders in trade for millions of dollars to his family and free heroin in prison for the rest of his life.
Pls Judge "Dont" accept this agreement until this dude provides full detail as to why he did it,where did he hide or dispose of the weapon ,and clothing if you are going to spare his life,he needs to be back into a corner and provide a tell-all atleast this would give the families some closure. This whole plea was tooo easy on him if i may add.
