Kate Middleton’s longtime assistant is leaving her role. E-news can confirm that the Princess of Wales assistant, Natasha Archer, has decided to exit her job at Kensington Palace, where she’s been an integral part of the private household for 15 years to branch out on her own. Enus has learned Natasha, who was hired as a personal assistant in 2010 to both Kate and Prince William and promoted to senior private executive assistant in 2022, plans to set up her own private consultancy firm. Natasha was also widely known as being Kate’s unofficial stylist. She famously curated Kate’s wardrobe for countless royal engagements, including high-pressure international tours, such as royal visits to Australia and New Zealand, where Kate wore a staggering 24 outfits in 19 days. In 2019, the mother of two, who wed Getty Royal photographer Chris Jackson in 2017 after they met on the job, was honored with the Royal Victorian Order for her dedicated service to the royal household.
