I Just Scored A Win In My Legal Battle Against Blake Lively!!!! | Perez Hilton

Remember how last week TMZ exclusively reported that The Age of Adelaing actress subpoenaed me? She still hasn’t. Hello my frame. It is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer, and your number one source for everything. It ends with us, Saga. This is about as close as Met Gala Medusa is going to get to me. It’s been over a week. I’m out here living my best life, not avoiding a subpoena. I just haven’t been served yet. And according to the judge moments ago, the clock is ticking for the clown core fashion icon. It’s not looking good for her. As I’ve shared with you in multiple videos just today, I’m prolific and I’ve got this beat covered. Just before the holiday, Ku Klux Khesi alleged that Jones Works, Stephanie Jones’s company, who used to represent Justin Baldoni for his publicity, was a co-conspirator alongside of him in the smear campaign against her. Well, the flirty and yummy blondie but never with teeth icon kissed and made up with Stephanie Jones because they filed a joint even though they’re involved in separate lawsuits. They filed a joint motion with Judge Lyman to delay the case management schedule. And now minutes ago, this is breaking news people. Judge Lyman has offered up to both parties a tentative schedule. The judge says the parties shall show cause by 5:00 p.m. on July 11th why the court should not issue an order as follows. Meaning if either side objects they have to respond and they have only until a day and a half from now. Quote, “All document production by parties and nonparties shall be completed by July 25th.” Oh, in parentheses, he says, “Third party subpoenas shall require production no later than July 25th as well. Seeing as I still have not been served, the likelihood that they’re going to get anything from me by July 25th is um slim to none. Additionally, my information, my sources, I would never give that up and it’s protected by the law. I really think this subpoena move was an attempt to intimidate and an attempt to control the narrative. working with TMZ then and as I’ve shared with you this week in my expert opinion then and in my expert opinion continuing to work with TMZ. The judge finishes his order today pending any objections saying depositions shall be completed by September 30th. All fact discovery shall be completed by September 30th.
