Can you marry me? We now know the special details behind Kelly Osborne’s engagement ring. After Sid Wilson proposed to Kelly during her dad Azie Osborne’s final show on July 5th, luxury jewelry brand Moad revealed on Instagram that their engagement ring was inspired by a celebrity close to the couple. I have a nickname for Kelly and it’s a honeybee. And coincidentally, friend of hers, Joan Rivers, used to call her this. It was a nickname she had of her. I didn’t know it was. It’s like an amazing coincidence like wo like meant to be. Yeah, exactly. And it was because she would buzz around and like spread this good energy around to every like a like a bee. So, I wanted the ring to reflect this somehow using like a bees and pollen and diamond obviously. Great. Great. I I like the idea. I think we discussed earlier nice round center stone white diamonds surrounded by yellow diamonds perhaps citrine and really come up with a design that really speaks about the whole honeybee design and concept and exactly what you’re looking for. Awesome. I’m super excited. And when it came time to pop the question, the backstage moment was just as sweet as that honeycomb ring. absolutely make me happier than spend the rest of my life with you in front of your family and all of our friends. Kelly, will you marry me? [Applause] [Applause] Kelly and Sid first went public with their romance in 2022 with Kelly writing on Instagram at the time, “You are my best friend, my soulmate, and I am so deeply in love with you, Sydney George Wilson.” And since then, the couple went on to welcome their 2-year-old son named Sydney.
