Barbara Walters had asked him about his sexuality. I’m like, “God, I’m young in this job.” I’m like, “Wouldn’t that be a big news maker?” I’m in the hotel lobby bar the night before. I’m talking to some people. I said, “All right, ladies. I’m interviewing Ricky Martin tomorrow. What do you want to know? Is he gay? Is he gay? Is he gay? Is he gay?” Sure enough, I say, “Ricky, I asked eight people in a lobby bar last night what they wanted to know about you.
