During an appearance on Travis and Jason Kelsey’s New Heights podcast, the actor makes a confession to a moment on one of his first film sets that caused the entire crew to evacuate. He explains to Jason and Travis Kelce, one of my first movies. I’m doing this little independent film. We’re shooting this little tiny cafe. It’s full of the crew. So, there’s about 60 people in there. It’s hot. You can’t breathe. And my character hadn’t eaten for days. And he gets his big plate of beans. First plate of beans and bacon. And I was all like method, you know? I was like, I’m going do this, right? I’m going to I’m going to And I just And I p, you know, I just power down this plate of beans. Take two, do the same thing. Take three, I do the same thing. Take four, I do the same thing. Something hit me. Oh, I know exactly what hit you. We all know what hits you. And there was nothing I could do. I was stuck in this chair and nature took its course and and then there was nothing. I went, “Oh, great. I got away. I got away with that one.” And then suddenly the entire crew, the most diabolical something something is tended on the crew in the whole room and they flee the cafe. Flee. The Oscar winner, however, is no stranger to going allow for a role. After all, he has proved himself to be a household name in Hollywood. The 61-year-old admitted, however, that he wasn’t always confident in the beginning stages of his career. As for what advice he’d give his younger self, he shared in an exclusive interview with E-News, “Don’t sweat it, bro. Trust yourself.” Before continuing, “I mean, so many things that were just a waste of time. I agonized over in the early years. Really, really just trust your voice. [Music]
