Janet Jackson Sparks Romance Rumors With Singer Maxwell in Rare Outing | E! News

Janet Jackson may have a new man in her life. On July 7th, the Grammy winner sparked romance rumors with singer Maxwell after the two were spotted holding hands as they walked to the 1500th performance of Cabaret in London. For the outing, Janet dons an all-white pants suit and bun while Maxwell compliments her look, opting for a dark pinstriped suit and sunglasses. E-News has reached out to reps for Janet and Maxwell for comment, but has not yet heard back. This rumored romance for Janet comes eight years after she divorced her ex-husband was Sam Almana with whom she shares eight-year-old son Isa after five years of marriage. And since their split, Janet has been open about her love life and how she’s seeing relationships through a different lens. Telling the Guardian in September of 2024, “I’m single, so I pray to God that I might have different lenses on these eyes than I did before. I know that if someone were to come along, even if I didn’t recognize it, I guarantee you my friends would shake the out of me and say, “What are you doing?” But I think I’m seeing it through different lenses now.
