I am loving this hair situation I’ve got going on. As I’ve shared with you all, this Thursday, the Gossip Girl, Gone Girl is scheduled to be deposed in this ongoing legal mess. and lying lively wants to be able to control and dictate the terms of her deposition. Yesterday, as I also shared with you all, team Belon Lively filed in opposition to her protective order request. Even though Lady Rugpool has been all over New York City recently for pleasure and promotional purposes, she now is afraid of her safety. The age of Adelaing alum is concerned that the Baldon Wayfairer parties are going to turn her deposition into a media spectacle. And she doesn’t want to have to be subjected to walking past the paparazzi. Oh, in their opposition, the Baldon Wayfair parties explained why not only was it reasonable to hold her deposition at his lawyer’s office, but why the law supports this? Is every single person being deposed going to now be able to dictate where they have their deposition? As they told the judge yesterday, the party having the deposition deposing the witness almost always dictates where it’s held. But not here. In a ruling filed just moments ago, Judge Lyman said the following. The motion for a protective order by Blake Lively is granted. Yay, says Judge Lyman of his new bestie. Lively will make arrangements for opposing council to have a dedicated computer and the ability to print and copy documents in the space chosen by Lively. The Wayfair parties shall notify Lively of the identities of the individuals who will attend the deposition by July 15th, 2025 at noon. And while this might seem inconsequential, we are clearly seeing a pattern of the judge having bias. Time after time after time again, he has ruled in her favor when I don’t think he should. I donāt know, Perez. I normally love what you post but honestly, the fact that you canāt even empathize on how hated this woman is primarily because of influencers like you who tell everything about this case. Donāt get me wrong. I keep coming back for it, but the fact that youāre like sheās lying, her life is an in jeopardy. Do you know how many people hate her? I remember I left a comment And one of your subscribers damn near tore my head off because they hated her so much the fact that you can write, sheās lying about being afraid for her safety. I donāt know I think thatās poor form even for you.
This judge is ruining his reputation, just like lying lively Brown is.
Legal system is not justice system. Sadly my own family was treated this way. It is by far the most eye-opening but heart-closing experience Iāve ever had. I thought legal system is our army against lies and injustice, that their sole purpose was to fight for the truth and battle against injustice. But I was so wrong and naive about that.
The only reason Iām so glued to BL v.s. JB lawsuit is because I want to live through JBās win to feel there is still justice, to feel good about the world. But the more I see how this judge rules, the less Iām hopeful for Justin. Iām triggered because itās like watching my own familyās ordeal happening all over again – weāre pawns trying to defend against the attacks from those with power and money. Weāre just collateral damage to their execution of bigger agenda – politics, religion, money and ego.
I know their trial is set for March 2026. But this judgeās rulings now will most definitely affect what can be entered in the court room. I feel sad for JB side right now but I know I canāt lose hope just like we havenāt lost hope for our family memberās case yet. Weāre doing our best to fight till the end.
Good luck to all victims and the innocents. I hope Karma takes care of us one way or the other when the legal system doesnāt.
