Influencer Emily Kaiser’s husband, Brady Kaiser, could be facing child abuse charges in the drowning death of their three-year-old son, Trigg. The Chandler Police Department shares an update to X July 15th, announcing that the investigation into Trigg’s death is complete, and investigators are recommending that Trigg’s father, Brady, be tried for a class 4 felony charge of child abuse. The case is now in the hands of the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for review, which will decide on if any charges will be filed. The recommendation from the police department comes two months after Trigg drowned in the family’s backyard pool in Chandler, Arizona in May. According to police search warrant applications granted to USA Today affiliate the Arizona Republic by Maricopa County Superior Court judges, Brady told police he was watching the couple’s two-month-old son, Theodore, at the time of Triggs accident, losing sight of his elder son for 3 to 5 minutes before finding him floating in the family’s backyard pool. Brady told police for the outlet that he and the boys were home alone at the time and that Emily had been out with friends. In the weeks following her son’s death, Emily filed a lawsuit obtained by E-News against multiple Maricopa County public offices seeking to keep records about Trigg’s passing private. Emily and Brady have not spoken publicly about the death of Trigg. However, just days before his passing, Emily celebrated her two sons.
