Jennifer Love Huitt admitting she hasn’t spoken to Sarah Michelle Geller in nearly 30 years amid swirling rumors surrounding a scream queen feud after the I know what you did last summer co-star seemingly avoided a reunion on the sequel’s red carpet. Jyn now telling Vulture in a new interview published July 18th, “Literally, we’ve not talked since I saw her at 18 years old when the first movie came out.” The now 46-year-old making a point to note, “On my side, we’re good.” This coming after Sarah spoke out against their rumored rift, telling fans on Instagram July 16th about the premiere. For everyone asking, “I never got to see Jennifer Love Hewitt, who is fantastic in the movie.” As for their lack of photo op, quote, “I sadly didn’t get pics with most of the cast,” adding, “Unfortunately, some things happen only in real life and not online.” Speaking with E! News at the premiere, Jennifer was plenty nostalgic about making her and Sarah’s cinema slasher. I have to know, the moment you stepped foot on set for this film, what kind of memories or thoughts flooded your brain? I mean, all of it. Like, it was such a such an interesting time in my life. I was 18. I was terrified of everything, but so excited to be there. Um, had no idea what the movie was going to represent. And then it came out and like in a weekend of it being out, my life changed forever. Um, in the best way possible. So, I was just filled with gratitude, I think, to just be back, to be invited back, to not be forgotten, for the audience to want us here, and um, and really excited for this new version of Julie because she’s awesome.

They were co-stars! Not best friends! Geez… Like why would they all of a sudden bond over 1 film? It was a job. Co-workers on the clock don't become best friends, unless they do. Stop placing drama where there is none.

Maybe smg is uncomfortable with jlh working with her man, stemming from 20 yrs ago. And again, smg character did not survive the trilogy.

We don't care! They are both amazing and they don't have to be besties just because they made a movie together 28 years ago. They are independently strong women who survived the poison of Hollywood and we are proud of them. Besides, even though they aren't close they always talk positively about each other

How many of your coworkers from when you were 18 do you still talk to stop trying to pin these women against each other they don’t have to be friends cause they work together once and they don’t have to take pictures to prove something to strangers
I don’t think they’re in a feud Jennifer and Sarah this just happens to some stars/celebrities They do a movie together and everything went well and after that’ they just go their separate ways just like these two did however Jennifer still talks to Brandy now and then from I know what you did last summer part two but hey, it is what it is.

I worked at a coffee shop for 5 months when I was 19 and I haven't spoken to any of those girls I worked with since…. probably the same for them, just a job they did when they were young.
