I told you all that I would keep you updated on subpoena gate. subpoena Serena has not served me yet as of today, Friday, July 18th. So, I said, “Well, let me just make it easy for them.” I emailed Kate Whitley’s lawyers and CCD Judge Lyman literally minutes ago and it took every ounce of strength and decorum I had not to use any of my nicknames for her. my email, which was sent at 1:32 p.m. Pacific Standard Time and addressed to every single lawyer representing Latigious Lively. It says, quote, “Hello, council. Perez Hilton here. I’m working under the assumption that you are trying to serve me a subpoena from Blake Lively. As of today, July 18th, 2025, I still have not been served. I am writing to inform you that I have no lawyers working with me on this issue and I will be handling it myself well within my legal rights. Yes, you heard me right. As I just told her lawyers and the judge, Brian Freriedman and no one at all that is a lawyer is representing me for subpoena gate. Even though I am not a lawyer, I will be handling everything myself. Cuz I’m crazy and I can and why not? This saves me money and it’ll get me more attention. I like to be honest with you all. I always am. So, I kindly told team Pinocchio, quote, “If you would like to serve me a subpoena, you can reply back to this email with it attached and I will acknowledge I have been served.” I was tempted to say respectfully, but I just said my name and no sign off. So, there’s no need for a GoFundMe or a give send, no crowdsourcing like some other creators are doing because I’m not using legal counsel. I’m using this big old head. Thoughts?
