He says, “We have searched and your daughter’s not on this boat.” Netflix viewers are asking, “Did Amy Bradley fall? Did she jump? Was she pushed? Or could she be alive somewhere?” These are some of the many questions being asked after the docky series Amy Bradley is missing was released July 16th. The then 23-year-old was vacationing with her mother, Iva Bradley, father Ron Bradley, and brother Bradley aboard the Rap City of the Seas when she went missing on day four of their seven night excursion 27 years ago. Ron recalled waking up early on the morning of March 24th, 1998 and going to look for his daughter. And I saw her legs and her feet sitting in a lounge chair on the balcony. So I said, “Well, she’s safe.” And about 10 to 6, 6:00 somewhere in there, something woke me up again, I don’t know what it was, but when my eyes opened, I looked out again and she wasn’t there. FBI agents flew in to investigate while the Marines, Navy, and multiple branches of the Coast Guard joined in what was ultimately a baffling search. It was the biggest search that we ever had. A search grid was between Curus and Aruba, the Marines, the Venezuelan Coast Guard, the Navy, everybody was looking in that area because of the position of the boat, wind force, securing was wave height. The body would have washed up, but uh she was nowhere to found, not even piece of clothing, nothing. And with multiple sources saying they have spotted Amy over the years. do you live here? She shook her head. No, wouldn’t talk. And then I says, well, what’s your name? She said, Amy. The question of what exactly happened to Amy remains unanswered. 1. I don't understand how they can come up with a quarter of a million dollars it said they had been offering in the documentary it seems to me there is evidence she has been spotted several times in Barbados…… Barbados is 166 miles long it's even been narrowed down to just a portion. People are spotting her in public and in bathrooms why doesn't everybody get together go down there and comb the area together I'm sure somebody would come up on her if everybody else is coming up on her😮 if that was my relative and I was spending 30 years looking for him and that kind of money I would gather everybody I know and I would be down there searching day and night

    2. The cruise director, this guy Detweiler, is a real scumbag. He's acting like this is normal and people should just get over it. He lives in a fantasy world where cruises are actually important. Human trafficking is happening on your ships. Get over yourself loser.

    3. Still chilling 27 years later—Amy vanished from the Rhapsody of the Seas in March 1998 after being seen partying and last on the cabin balcony. The Netflix series digs into sightings from Curaçao and Barbados and suggests possible trafficking or foul play. Her family and FBI still won't close the case. Truly haunting stuff. 👀

    4. I find it ridiculous the police can’t work internationally and investigate where that IP address is coming from that keeps checking on her family…

    5. I watched the documentary and after watching it and reading more I strongly believe her brother Brad did it accidentally. They were drunk he might have given her a playful shove and she went overboard. People can deny things and we don’t know the level of intoxication he might have genuinely forgotten. Yes her father saw her legs maybe her brother woke up for a drink or to use the toilet and went back to his sister still intoxicated which could when he went back to bed after accidentally pushing her over made some noise coming back into the room which woke the father up.
Now as for the sightings people see Madeline McCann and other missing people daily or even claim to be them.

    6. Around 20-30 people go overboard from cruise ships every year. The vast majority of those people are not rescued nor are the bodies ever recovered. The sad truth is that Amy almost surely falls into those statistics. She was last seen on the balcony by her own father. She was unquestionably intoxicated that night, and at the time her father saw her feet, would’ve only been asleep a very short time. The odds of her then suddenly waking up, wanting to leave the room (would’ve been very hungover and still drunk), then quietly being able to go through the room and exit without her family in the room noticing, is about a million to one. The only question is whether Amy went over on purpose (suicide) or did something irresponsible that lead to a tragic accident. As for the “eyewitnesses” in the various cities? As someone that has worked with surveillance videos for nearly 30 years and viewed tens of thousands of videos, I can tell you people are rarely accurate with their witness statements no matter how sure they think they are. People say something happened 2 days ago, video shows 2 weeks ago. People say they spoke with a short white man, video shows them speaking with a tall black man. People say the were on the south side of the property at noon, video shows them on the north side at 7pm. I see this every single day at my job! People’s memories and recollection of facts are horrendous! I feel so bad for her family and understand their need to know for sure, but without a video I don’t believe they will ever have closure. It’s unfortunate there wasn’t better surveillance video on the boats back then. God bless this family and I hope and pray I am way off base and she is still alive, but I just don’t think so.

    7. i would love to see a show like this done for the disappearance of Elizabeth Campbell. It would bring a lot more attention to her case as well
