The 27-year-old detailed the experience on her Unlocked podcast posted July 15th alongside Sav’s plastic surgeon at the time, years into her famous family’s run on Chrysly Knows Best. You did my lipo. Yes. So, I had I was going through all kinds of with my indometriosis and I had taken this medication and I gained 40 pounds literally in like three months. It was crazy. And I had to do this like campaign shoot and I hated how I looked. The reality star revealing mother Julie Chrysley accompanied her on surgery day after Savannah’s endometriosis symptoms took a toll on her body image. Mom went with me. I did the surgery and for me it was just I felt like I didn’t like how I looked and I feel like it can have like if you don’t like how you look it doesn’t just take a toll on you physically but emotionally and mentally.
