I can absolutely now see what YouTube are doing with some of my video uploads mainly movies, their AI is trying to upscale the video but it is over doing it a bit "cartoonish" looking and can distort, it's only happening with new uploads, you can check my past uploads of movie scenes and you will see the difference, YT are not even asking permission to do this
