Anne Hathaway Teases Devil Wears Prada 2 | E! News

It appears the devil wears Prada 2 is around the corner. In a 6-second clip posted to Tik Tok July 21st and pops into the frame while brushing her teeth. While the footage may not seem notable at first, fans of the 2006 movie were quick to notice that her look her hair down while wearing a button-up shirt under a cerulean sweater was a reference to an iconic scene from the original film. What you don’t know is that that sweater is not just blue. It’s not turquoise. It’s not lapis. It’s actually ceruan. And you’re also blindly unaware of the fact that in 2002 Oscar Delorenta did a collection of Ceruan gowns and then I think it was Eve Salaron, wasn’t it, who showed Cerulean military jackets. I think we need a jacket here. And then Ceruan quickly showed up in the collections of eight different designers. And then it uh filtered down through the department stores and then trickled on down into some tragic casual corner where you no doubt fished it out of some clearance bin. And the suspicions were confirmed by the 42-year-old captioning her post, “Heading to work!” with the hashtag DWP2 for Devil Wear’s product too, seemingly announcing that filming for the highly anticipated sequel has begun.
