What A Mess! Blake Lively Is To Blame For All Of THIS:

And we’re back to our regularly scheduled programming. Hello my friend, it is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer, and your number one source for everything. It ends with us, Saga. Thank you to everyone that has been so kind with your support. Yes, I am the latest victim of the high priestess of subpoenas. I am doing my best to stay as up to-date as possible and that’s been hard. I’ve been busy at work on a motion to quash Ku Klux Khesi’s subpoena and that as a prosay respondent, meaning I don’t have a lawyer representing me in subpoena gate. Quite the undertaking, but I want to be thorough and legally grounded and fingers crossed my motion to quash is granted. It should be. I will be sharing with you everything from that as soon as it’s filed. And this video is a little catchy up, a threein one. I’m not the only journalist and creator that has been targeted by Bully Lively. In fact, three motions to quash were filed today. Remember, I’ve shared with you all that the deposition dodger has filed subpoenas with the googlyies, the talkie tick, and also Elon Musk’s platform. She wants a lot of information, including banking records for creators. Privacy. What is that? She clearly doesn’t believe in it. That’s why I filed my motion that was docketed today to protect my children. Hopefully, the judge grants that request for a protective order or just to redact all of my sensitive personal information, which she and her lawyers should have done consistently throughout the course of this litigation, but they have not. The toothless fashionista has repeatedly revealed on the docket emails, phone numbers, home addresses, exposing these innocent people to potential great harm. We’ve already seen what happened to Steve Sorrowitz. Some cuckoo set fire to a part of his house and threatened to do really awful things to his daughter. So my request is very sensible and even this one should agree with it. Now some of these motions to quash today are very long. I’m not going to go into them all in detail, but there are a couple of things that I think are worth sharing. For example, Y tuber Ashley Bana Eve. She’s not even American. Legally, her subpoena is not enforcable. So, the Googs should not hand over to the aspiring film editor all of the YT info being asked of them. Ashley, like me, is representing herself prosay without a lawyer. And job well done. Holy heck. Her motion to quash is 64 pages long and it was full of sass. Oh my god. Can you imagine the judge having to read this? For example, when telling Lyman everything that the subpoena is asking of her, Ashley says in number five, under subscriber registration data, premium services, and account usage history, parenthesis, it is unclear what this entails as far as my subscriber registration data, or what premium services have to do with any part of this litigation. This request needs clarification if the court, as it usually does, grants her this invasive subpoena. Oh my god, she just gave it to Judge Lyman. Ashley, oh my god, she mentioned something that I just said. Ah, she tells the judge, quote, “Movement has no evidence whatsoever that any personal information retrieved in any way by Miss Lively and her council would be kept confidential as they have failed time and time again to redact sensitive information.” Boom. Miss Lively throws tantrums about her own privacy and safety on a regular basis, but does not afford these rights to anyone else. So hot. This is the best thing I Wow. Ashley. Ashley. Ashley then gave instructions on how they could subpoena her, which would be hard because she’s Canadian, but there is a way. And that way was not done by team Pinocchio. Fail. Brava, Ashley. Brava. Another motion to quash. This one by McKenzie Folks of the YT account existing to thrive. She too is representing herself prosay. This movement is from America though and is making some very solid points without any of the sass we saw from our friend in Canada. And that leads us over to the UK where a user on Elon Musk’s platform named Leanne Newton is filing her motion to quash. That’s right. Somebody else who this subpoena is not relevant to. She’s letting both Elon’s platform and the court know the subpoena is not valid. She is a citizen of the UK and she’s also anonymous for a reason. Leanne is a survivor of DV and she brings up the DV of it all with regards to Taylor Swift’s former bestie. Leanne talks about the film’s promotion and how it was a flop and even uses her motion to quash to really let her have it. of the gaslighting goddess. The Brit writes, quote, “Miss Lively, who still cannot accept that the criticism against her online is entirely organic and of her own making, has made yet another move, guaranteed to make matters far worse for her reputation by lashing out at content creators on social media.” Facts. Big facts. And Leanne smartly brings up the fact that the subpoena mentions, I find it concerning that Ryan Reynolds is referred to as a party in this action within the definitions of a subpoena dated the 3rd of July. Even though Ryan Reynolds was no longer a party to this litigation prior to that, Baldon’s case got tossed in June. Leanne then goes into explaining UK law and US law and how things it’s freaking hilarious. She is a lawyer so uh her response is 30 pages and really thorough. I love this part. The only reason I am being pursued in this manner is because I do not speak favorably about Miss Lively, her husband, or her legal team that is seen as abrasive, mean-spirited, and unprofessionally careless of any party’s personal information, including their own clients. And then there was a footnote attached to that that says, “Plaintiff included unredacted emails as exhibit A, docket number 402, which publicly disclosed the location of Miss Lively’s scheduled deposition for July 17th, which has now been moved to July 31st. Just 2 days later, her council submitted redacted copies of the same correspondence again as exhibit A docket 416, citing concerns for her safety despite already having blasted the redacted information out publicly. I love you, Leanne. I love that she brings up the Vanzan sham lawsuit. She let the judge have it all. I will keep you updated on how the judge rules on these motions to quash. I have vested interest in how these wonderful women do. Isn’t that interesting? Every single person that has filed a motion to quash this week is a female. And we also heard from Lauren Nady who she intends to file a motion to quash another woman being bullied by bully Lively. So the creators of it all was story number one. Story number two, more bullying from her. Remember how I told you that the Sham Poo company owner sued a small business owner? Well, Kimberly Hamner, who is just 27 years young, a an aspiring entrepreneur in Utah who owns a company called Beauty by Blake. This one over here owns Blake Brown Beauty. Kimberly has responded to the lawsuit against her. She denies the claims, arguing that there is no likelihood of confusion, mistake or deception as the two brands differ in connotation, commercial impression and trade channels. Latigious Lively’s Blake Brown Beauty sells shampoos, leave-in conditioner, hair masks, hair mousse, and hair and body mist exclusively at Tar where you now know where you can avoid them. They’re on the clearance section. That’s not shade. She herself has said sales are way down. Meanwhile, Hamner’s Beauty by Blake sells cosmetic oils and serums for cosmetic purposes. Totally different categories. The Utah entrepreneur told the court that there are a significant number of third-party registrations containing the term Blake for cosmetic goods and services. Boom. letting the court know that beauty by Blake exists in a crowded market, naming such competitors such as Olivia Blake, Smooches by Blake, and Ryan Blake. The shared term Blake is not likely to cause consumer confusion as the term is inherently weak as a name and surname. Boom. And I’m gonna end things on a positive note today, my fram.
