So this is why he sent his goon lawyer to talk to her yesterday in advance for her being summoned to congress to testify. Now she will say the expired orange wasn’t involved and will suddenly be pardoned.
Which means it already in the works at the shit show that is the current DOJ!

If she is called to testify, she can’t plead the 5th. She must answer every question. If is is proven that she has lied, she is immediately jailed for perjury.
Proving her lying may be difficult.
She may simply answer by saying “I do not recall….I do not remember.”
