Prince Harry has gone “off comms” from Meghan Markle during a secret trip and wasn’t able to be contacted for two days. Prince Harry, the youngest son of King Charles III, is believed to have met with a couple he had previously described as his ‘second family’.

Harry was unable to be contacted for “two days or so” as he made a secret trip after his landmark visit to Angola. He visited tje African nation earlier this month to raise awareness of efforts to rid the country of landmines for The Halo Trust charity.

Harry, who shares son Archie and daughter Lilibet with wife Meghan Markle, went off grid following the trip as he took a detour into the neighbouring country of Botswana.

A Royal Family source explained: “This time he took some more time and space, and made the trip into a week-long visit to reconnect with old friends and get some headspace away from his phone and emails.”

“He went off comms for two days or so,” they added. “It was a good moment for Harry to take some time away from everything, enjoying total peace of mind and being somewhere so remote that he couldn’t even get emails or texts or calls,” the source told the Daily Mail.

“As a father to young children, it breaks my heart to see innocent children still living and playing next to minefields,” Harry said in a video from the African nation during his visit.

“All of us have a duty to protect children and future generations from the harms of war, both present and past,” he added.

It comes as royal expert Robert Jobson said Prince Harry will have to make people forget that he sold out his family if he wants a comeback.

The Sun’s Royal show asked viewers if they wanted to see the two reconcile, and a staggering 73% said no.

Robert said: “I think it’s too late. Too much has gone under the bridge, in my opinion. Too much water.”
