Judge Judy Reveals Controversial Opinion About the Menendez Brothers | E! News
Judge Judy is preparing for heat after her comments on the Menendez brothers. The brothers, who have now served 35 years in prison, were sentenced to life without parole for the 1989 murder of their parents, Mary Louise, Kitty Mendez, and Joseé Mendez, back in 1996. But much of the public is calling for the release following the hit Netflix docue series Monsters: The Lyall and Eric Menendez Story. When asked Judy’s opinion on if Lyall and Eric Mendez should be parrolled, she says, “What we know about the Menendez brothers is that they killed both of their parents. As we know, after they killed their parents, they went on a buying spree. They got a jury trial and they were sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. They’ve done incredibly well in prison, but that doesn’t mean they get another chance. That is their sentence.” Until Kitty Menendez can stand up before a judge and say, “Give them another chance.” The jury and the courts have spoken. Now you have my answer. I’m going to get a lot of flack for that. [Music]

You do the crime you do the time, so many people in prison had bad experiences in life and so many people walking free have too. These brothers were convicted and sentenced let them prosper in prison where they can’t kill anyone else.

How is she even a judge??? She clearly knows absolutely nothing about the case so why’s she even talking??
It’s not all black and white. If she actually knew the things their parents did to them and how they were @bused and SA’d since they were kids, she wouldn’t be so heartless. Some of the jurors have since spoken out that they didnt even hear the abuse evidence at the retrial and that they would've voted differently if they had
