      I do think the prevalence of plastic surgery is bad for women, but I wish someone (who isn’t annoying) could talk about it in a better way. I think I agree with the general spirit of what she’s saying but… eesh.

      Edit: I just read the article, I definitely disagree with this: “I would never say a word. I would never say to someone: what have you done?” I think the secrecy is part of the problem.

      Just because her trans daughter doesn’t want to get surgeries to help out her dysphoria (if she has it) that doesn’t mean most of us don’t feel like we need to do it in order to recognize ourselves when we look in a mirror.
