Ed Kelsey, dad to brothers Travis Kelsey and Jason Kelsey, shares an obituary to his Facebook page on August 2nd, confirming his girlfriend Moren Anne Maguire has died. She was 74 years old. The obituary says, “Moren found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved the beach, especially the shore, and had a deep affection for dogs.” The message also references the relationship Ed, who was married to Donna Kelsey for 25 years before their split, and Moren enjoyed together. She also grew an unexpected love for football later in life, sharing many laughs and adventures with her beloved friend Ed Kelsey and her loyal dog, Butch. Together, they traveled often and attended football games and concerts, and embraced every opportunity to enjoy life to the fullest. Over the years, Ed shared the occasional insight into his relationship with Moren, including the moment Moren met Travis’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, for the first time. When Taylor took a photo with Ed, he recounts to the Los Angeles Times in 2024 that Moren said, “Hey, that’s my boyfriend.” The obituary concludes with, “Her kindness, wit, and gentle strength left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
