The Worst Country To Get Arrested In
[Music] This is one country you never want to be arrested in. It’s a country where the police can hold you in custody for up to 23 days without even charging you. At least tell me what I’m in for. And if they don’t charge you, they can simply start a new investigation and reset the clock for another 23 days. This sucks. But it gets even worse because in custody, you have no legal right to make a phone call and you can be interrogated without your lawyer present. I’m subscribed to Law by Mike, so I at least know I have the right to remain silent even in this country. But that won’t help because the police have been known to force interrogations through verbal intimidation, psychological pressure, and even sleep deprivation. Just tell me you did it. Okay. Okay. I did it. I did it. And those forced confessions, they’re treated as real evidence, which is why this country has a conviction rate of 99%. And that country is Japan guilty.

Hey, you might think that this info makes me your lawyer, but it doesn’t and I’m not. Sorry, but I AM NOT YOUR LAWYER unless we have an engagement agreement. India also has the same kind of policy like one of the most corrupt countries in the world like I am an Indian citizen and I am disappointed in this
Bro had me thinking it was North Korea
i was expecting norht corea XD
I didn't expected this to be japan 💀
Now Japan was the LAST place i expected to be that way, i always thought of it as the place filled with polite people

in almost any other country this would be called abuse of power.
They should change the system.
If only a certain influencer had this information (although i doubt that would've help) before he decided to go to Japan and started gathering charges like they're Pokémon 😂😂
Mentantei conan
With the Patriot Act the United States can legally detain anyone indefinitely without charges filed on the grounds of terrorism. This is where they black site you and unless they decide on releasing you no one will ever know what happened to you. I doubt Japan is on the same level.
its my fav country bro😭😭
Wait, how did Johnny the nuisance streamer get the hell out of there then??
Lost judgment and Judgment has taught me japan justice system is very fucked up and that viper and tiger style are the best 😊
I remember a guy being interegated for almost 17 hours, and went insane, but heres the kick, he did not do the crime, but he was in such bad mental health and questioned his sanity, then he confessed to do it even though he didnt, after it was settled and he was free, he sued the police and goverment😮
For those now panicking about going to Japan, just beware that Japan's prosecution rate is only 8% which is very small compared to the US and even the UK. While this video definitely teaches us to behave in Japan, at least these statistics are no where near as bad as North Korea and China which I think both have a 99% prosecution rate and almost 100% conviction rate.
Ngl thought it was the USA
Thought its Myanmar😂
not like I planned on going to japan anyways cause idk how to speak their language
bruh hb nigeria they will bet the truth n the lie out of u
