Watch Katy Perry spring into action after young fan collapses onstage at ‘Lifetimes’ concert
Katy Perry didn’t miss a beat when a young fan fainted onstage during her “Lifetimes” show in Detroit, Michigan.
The singer brought a group of concert attendees onstage over the weekend to help her perform “The One That Got Away.”
As the Grammy nominee handed out shaker instruments to the concertgoers, she noticed one, named McKenna, appeared to be struggling.
“Let’s practice,” Perry, 40, said into her microphone. “You’ve got this. Let’s breathe. You’ve got it. Ready?”
McKenna abruptly collapsed, with Perry immediately kneeling at her side as the Little Caesars Arena’s medical staff rushed to help.
