RuPaul’s Drag Race winner Alaska is engaged. All-Star season 2 winner Alaska Thunder reveals that her longtime partner Matthew Herman proposed in an intimate moment surrounded by her family in her Pennsylvania hometown. The reality star who was runner up on season 5 tells Entertainment Weekly in a statement on August 4th, “My longtime partner Matthew Herman proposed to me yesterday. It was after my grandma’s 90th birthday celebration. Alaska adds, “I love him so much and he’s the best.” The 40-year-old shows off the dazzling silver band on Instagram on August 4th, simply captioning the photo with two ring emojis and two smiling emojis with hearts. And Matthew, a Los Angeles-based producer, has always been Alaska’s biggest supporter.
