To be clear, I’ve I’ve always been very grateful. It’s a very rare special um kind of circumstance to be in and unexpected one. Um but I think that that sort of attention was a was it could be a lot for anybody and I don’t think anybody should be uh ready or like you know jumping at that. So I think um I just mentally was that time was a very difficult confusing um intimidating time. So, it’s nice to kind of um be in a different position now where I’m speaking to you, where I feel a little bit more accustomed or um you know, I don’t I don’t pay it as much attention or let it um affect me to the extent that I once did. [Music] [Music] There you go. [Music] Ladies, the red heart in the middle, please. The house strike down the middle, please. Oh my god, you nailed it. Oh my god, I’m so beautiful. Beautiful. We don’t. Yeah. No, we do literally everything. Thank you guys so much. No, I mean first surprise [Music] don’t go to school. I mean I never like That’s that’s why I love this idea. No, I that when I first read it, I felt like that’s why I wanted to do the show because uh I felt like her. I felt like her um I I I I agree with everything she says about family and school and psychiatry and society. So, I felt very connected to her. Well, I mean, because Wednesday, she’s she’s a person that’s very strong in herself. And I think that uh it’s like whatever she goes through and whatever she learns from her mistakes, whatever, she just kind of moves on. So, we just we didn’t just get rid of it. We just sort of felt like Wednesday really doesn’t want this right now. [Music] ladies. [Music] Shakespeare. It was amazing. The mysticism of Ireland and the Irish people who who welcomed us so beautifully. The mysticism of Ireland really lends itself to what we what we needed to do. We took over a whole studio and we built everything there. So we were when we went through the studio gates we were like in our own world and then we had waterfalls and you know it was just perfect and I was close to home you know so my family are from Wales so I was close to home and my ancestors came from Ireland. Is that like to other than what you feel? Well I think that first of all I adore him as a human being and he’s a dear friend. and I wor with him 25 years ago on a Steven Soderberg movie. And we didn’t rehearse any of that chemistry. It just comes to life with two, you know, with two of us. We have a lot of fun together working. Yeah, but she was she was very much like a producer on the first season, too. Very much a leader. She’s very smart about what the script is and what the show is. And very high in the middle. One more time. to your left. [Music] I didn’t. Oh, no. They were so secretive about like her on set like Lady Gaga. Who who’s Lady Gaga? I it was more like a rumor that she was on set. Um so I don’t even know what she what she was doing on set. I just I just know she was there. Do you even know what character she plays without anything? No. So you’re going to find out with the rest of us? Yeah, I am. Ireland did an extraordinary job. Yeah, we had a great time. She’s only bringing out the welcome map for everybody and she’s obviously Lady Gaga is a very special a very special guest to have. So we we did roll out the red carpet, but no, you know, it was good. Everyone everyone has everyone has a red carpet on on Wednesday. Yes, I think it’s Well, it it’s bigger and you there’s way more the Adams family and you get to spend more time with the other characters who you sort of met and fell in love with in season one. Was it more easy this time around kind of like falling into the No, because because we changed we shot the first season in Romania and then we changed location so it’s like starting from scratch. Yeah. It was like beginning again. Yeah. And I think to make something good, it has to be hard. So, it certainly wasn’t easy. Um, yeah, it was it was a challenge. Wait, just one. Absolutely. Yes.
