The recruit lit a cigarette, blew out the tip on purpose, and slowly put his hand out of the trench. An enemy sniper saw the flame and a bullet pierced the recruit’s palm, but his comrades ran over to congratulate him. Because being wounded in war means you can go home, many soldiers use this as an excuse to get out of the army. To get himself wounded, the veteran sharpened a bullet, loaded it, bit down on his belt, and aimed the gun at his palm. These two recruits were so timid that they chose to shoot each other in the palm of the hand. The soldier, on the other hand, was so brave that he gripped the hot barrel of the machine gun. They thought they could go home that way. But when the medical staff examined them, they discovered the plots and had them court marshaled. The judge sentenced the five to death for desertion. The officer, not wanting to do anything to his own men, drove them out of the trenches and left them at the mercy of the enemy. The first soldier took off his white underwear and waved it in his hands, begging the Germans not to shoot him. The friendly army could not stand it. He raised his rifle and killed the soldier with a single shot. The second soldier threw a grenade at an enemy fighter and although he managed to blow up the tail, he was immediately shot and killed by the enemy. The third soldier battlefield sang the Marces as he welcomed death with open hands. The next second he was shot down by the enemy. And this recruit, Manik, who was sent out of the trenches, but he was soon spotted by German fighters and hit in the stomach by a bullet. Luckily, Manek is found by a veteran who was also one of the five desertters. The veteran removes his name tag and replaces it with one of the other soldiers. Then slings Manac over his shoulder and takes him to the field hospital. Suddenly, gunfire rang out outside and the Germans blew up the hospital. The veteran is surprised to find a shell stuck in the roof of the hospital. A nurse accidentally touches the switch on the hydrogen blimp, which slowly approaches the shell. Terrified, everyone desperately ran outside, but the doors were locked. In the nick of time, the veteran quickly ran into the steel storage room, locked the door, and hid in a pile of rubber cloth. Just then, the blimp touched the shell and squeezed the firing pin inside. The next second, the hydrogen gas ignited and a huge explosion instantly destroyed the hospital. The veteran escaped the blast and survived. But Manek, having lost all his memories due to the blow to his head, is adopted by an old woman and soon after he meets his fianceé. The moment they locked eyes on each other, the woman left tears of happiness.
