Prince Harry Reacts to Being Cleared of Wrongdoing Over Charity Drama | E! News
Prince Harry is breaking his silence after the conclusion of an official investigation into the charity he founded in honor of his late mother, Princess Diana. In March, Harry and Prince Ciso of Lotho resigned from their positions as patrons of Centibal, an organization the pair launched in 2006 aimed to help African youths impacted by the HIV AIDS crisis amid allegations of mistreatment lodged by chairwoman Dr. Sophie Chandoka. After the Charity Commission for England and Wales announced on August 5th that it found no evidence of systemic bullying or harassment at Centabal or any overreach from Harry as a patron, the Duke of Sussex released a statement about the once brilliant charity. A spokesperson for the royal tells NBC News, “Unsurprisingly, the commission makes no findings of wrongdoing in relation to Santal’s co-founder and former patron, Prince Harry. They also found no evidence of widespread bullying, harassment, or misogyny and misogynoir at the charity as falsely claimed by the current chair. The rep continues, “Despite all that, their report falls troublingly short in many regards. Primarily the fact that the consequences of the current chair’s actions will not be borne by her, but by the children who rely on Centabal’s support.” The Duke of Sussex will now focus on finding new ways to continue supporting the children of Loto and Batswana. For her part, Chandoka accepted the investigation findings, which noted that there was a lack of clarity around role descriptions and internal policies, causing exacerbated tensions, which culminated in a dispute and multiple resignations of trustees and both founding patrons. As she puts it in a statement per magazine, I appreciate the charity commission for its conclusions, which confirmed the governance concerns I raised privately in February 2025. The experience was intense and it became a test of our strategic clarity and operational resilience.

Sentebale is under new management and they are also on a Regulatory Action Plan being actively monitored by the Charity Commission with concerns about future funding. Harry is only required to resign

Sophie Chakduka is evil and will reap what she sows. Can the charity commission explain why she was not investigated but instead focused on false allegations.
You all just cannot accept the fact that it was not Prince Harry who was the problem. And, why can't Dr Sophie C just apologize and say she was wrong. 😏
He asked Sophie C to do something against her will. He asked her to make a statement to defend Meghan. Sophie disobeyed as she didn’t have to. Harry got angry. Harry used his PR to remove her. Sophie fought back and asked the Charity Commission to investigate. End of the day, what it implied is that Harry coerced and bullied her out of the charity but he failed. Harry out, Sophie C stays. The common denominator in all his failures is Meghan.
Dr. Sophie Chandauka is a private citizen who holds a public function. She had every right to answer to the accusations Mr. Sussex made against her in public and call upon the Charity Comission for clarity. In a democracy this is possible and necessary, it is the right way to do things. The findings were fruitful and now guidelines are in place to help those who show up and do the work on a day by day basis aka Dr. Chandauka and her team. Only Mr. Sussex and his supporters do not understand it. But what to expect from tyrants (IMO)? The way Mr. Sussex and his enablers tried to oust Dr. Chandauka was IMO bullying in itself.
WRONG. Harry was NOT CLEARED of wrongdoing.
See now, i was Right after all about the red flags I've been raising since that very damaging public interview that the usurper-chair of the said charity did.
First of all, internal disputes in charity institutions OUGHT TO BE DISCUSSED INTERNALLY and never should reach public ears, in order to primarily protect the welfare of the helpless beneficiaries. A Corporate Finance Lawyer With Zero Social Work Skills and Training, squeezing, pushing her way into a charity organization that's alien to her, will surely miss this point. That amounts to BloodRed Flag Number 1.
That's What Made Me Question That Loud and Proud Woman's CHARACTER at the onset.
Why resort to mudslinging in public?? Why was she so driven to summarily take over a charity institution she never even founded in the first place?!?
And now that she's sitting as chair, her tongue still hasn't halted and seems all the more fired up to spit fire, so what then does she still want?!?
Those 3 questions alone (apart from the 1st red flag i raised above) are enough Red Flags to her dubious character & intent.
And now that the investigation's results are out, I'm all the more convinced that what happened were (1) a swift takeover of predatory narcissism in that poor charity organization via (2) a calculated smear campaign or rather black propaganda against the founders, most particularly the more popular Henry Sussex, for the sake of gaining personal media mileage.
God bless you Harry. Keep winning! Protect your family at all cost. The hate is real. You have to understand that you have the most beautiful family. The envy comes from the royals to the public. Live a modest life and focus on your kid's education and upbringing. You already won. You have Princess Diana's most beautiful grandbabies. Focus on the kids. I would keep them away from your corrupted tax leaching family. Teach them to earn their wealth.

Prince Harry was not cleared of bulllying or misoginy, the charity commission did not investigate individual bullying, it was not its premise to do so, as stated.
Harry leaving the Royal family caused donations to his charities to go down. Harry was hired by Netflix to turn out content which caused conflict between Harry using his charities for personal gain and people not donating to a charity they saw as bank rolling Harry. Meghan used Invictus to market herself because With Love Meghan series was coming out. The kiss cams and not wearing any merch to promote the 2025 Invictus Games was a dead give away. The affection between the two is what they were selling throughout the 2025 games. Meghan left in middle of the games to promote her Netflix show. The focus was not on the Invictus games but the affection caught on the kiss cams! Who controlled the cameras whose job it was to highlight people in the audience? Why didn't they pick out athletes who Invictus is the reason for its formation not to promote a love story! Was Meghan a corporate plant to sell Netflix and not Invictus? Why would Harry do anything that would put Invictus at risk?
So glad Harry and Meghan are getting justice! More to come their way!
