
I know I’m supposed to drink tons of water everyday but it’s soooo boring!!! I read about this detox water online and I decided to try it out! It tastes sooo yummy!!! Here’s how you make it dolls! Ingredients:
12 cups of filtered water (3 quarts)
1 medium organic cucumber
2-3 small organic lemons
10-12 organic mint leaves
Directions:
Wash lemons and cucumbers; slice thinly. Add lemons, cucumber, and mint to pitcher. Cover with water and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. (I did mine overnight) now drink up and enjoy ALL of the healthy benefits this water had to offer!! 💦💦💧
