This is a new low for her and her bestie, the judge. Hey my frame, it is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer, worldrenowned journalist, and your number one source for everything. It ends with us. Blake Lively is putting my children at risk, and I’m not making that up. But before I get to that, I want to address Justin Baldon’s supporters. Spoiler alert. Listen closely. I’m not worried if my worstcase scenario comes true. That would be that critically acclaimed Teen Choice Award winner Blake Lively gets everything she’s asking of me from her subpoena. I’m not worried and I’m not speaking for team Baloni, but in the past I have reported exclusive information. This year only in 2025 have I shared with you all I hear from a Baldon source or I heard from team Baldon. Team Baldoni could be anyone. Team Baldoni could be his babysitter, his dog walker, his sister. Okay. Team Baldoni is anyone that I believe is a legitimate source that gives me credible information. So, the high school graduate has subpoenaed me because she is hellbent on the alleged smear campaign. Sexual harassment, that’s untraceable. The imagined victim has moved on from SH and now is hyperfocused on the smear campaign, which I’ve said nobody told me to say anything negative about her. Nobody paid me. Nobody shared a contract for me to sign. Nobody gave me discounts or promised me favors. Nothing. I have been covering her since the Gossip Girl days. I’m old. She’s old. And I’m not worried. And I think Team Belon is not worried either. If team Baldon was concerned about communications between me and whomever my sources may be, my sources which I will protect and I’m willing to go to prison for, if Belleone was concerned, I would think they would use some of billionaire Steve Sorrowitz’s money, who is a co-defendant and co-founder of his production company. I would think that if there was real concern and worry, then they would use some of this money from the billionaire to get me a really good lawyer. But they’re not. And I’m out here representing myself without a lawyer. Prochay. So to all of his fans and supporters, if I’m not worried and they’re not worried, stop worrying. Okay. I am however worried about her exposing my kids to real risk. As I shared with you all earlier this week, the oxygen inhaler filed a sham attempt to get me to compel in New York. Even though her publicist slash lawyer slashjudge Lyman, he has no jurisdiction over me. and he is aware that the court that does have jurisdiction, the federal district court here in Nevada, where I live, where I work, where I was served, and where she listed as the place of compliance, I already filed a motion to quash here in Las Vegas, Nevada. I’ve already responded way ahead of the deadline that her bestie gave me. But big butt. In that egregious attempt at forcing my hand in the wrong venue in New York, her unethical and deplorable lawyers included multiple pictures of my young children. They are now on the court docket where dangerous individuals are obsessively monitoring this case. And I’m not exaggerating. It’s real. It’s happened to the Wayfairer defendants. Dangerous things. I previously told you all Mr. Sorrowitz, his billionaire co-founder and friend, his daughter, there was an attempted kidnapping. His PR team has received death threats. even the ones that are nonparties to the litigation. There are crazy people out there. So earlier this week, back when I was speaking very um clownish, intentionally court jesterish, very sassy to the judge. I alerted him of this and he ignored me. Very on brand for Judge Lyman. Yeah. So, I have just submitted another letter to the court about my minor children and I’m sharing this with you all. Let’s get into it. And no, I don’t need to read the previous letter that I sent. Let’s pretend that one didn’t happen. Okay, let’s focus on the here and now. This letter, Judge Lyman, I can’t refer to him as dear. I won’t. Judge Lyman, I Mario Armando Landa Jr. known professionally as P to the E to the R to the E to the Z to the H to the I to the L to the T to the O to the N right as a nonparty in Lively versus Wayfairer Studios to respectfully inform the court that Blake Lively and her legal team have endangered the safety of my minor children and immediate action is needed. I repeat, immediate action is needed. On August the 6th, I previously shared this serious concern with your honor, but that was ignored. See exhibit A, which I am sending alongside this request. Exhibit A is the very sassy letter that I sent earlier this week, which if this respectful request is docketed, then you’ll see that my letter today continues, “The request from earlier this week was not docketed, nor was any response by your honor communicated to me in any way. I am aware that my colorful language probably played a part in this court’s decision to seemingly put my children at risk by ignoring my previous request. That is why I am submitting this now with language that is in accordance with your honor’s instructions. And I am hopeful this court will do the right thing. I am hopeful but not confident. So I am informing your honor that I am sharing this communication publicly. And I will also be advocating on behalf of my children with the press as to how this court responds to my sensible and pressing request. Blake Lively is a mother of four and she publicly talks about her children in interviews. I don’t know what kind of a parent she is, but I can assure this court that I am a good father and I am genuinely worried for the safety of my 12year-old son, 10year-old daughter, and 7-year-old daughter. At the behest of Miss Lively, her lawyers filed on your docket multiple pictures of my children. Why? How is that relevant to this case whatsoever? As I previously informed your honor, and it is very important this court understand and acknowledge, defendant Steve Sorrowowitz suffered an attempted kidnapping of his daughter just a few months ago. And the culprit referenced Miss Lively and this case. Wait, I’m going to say alleged culprit because he hasn’t been found guilty yet. Getting my lawyer brain on. Defendant Steve Sorrowitz suffered an attempted kidnapping. Codefend I’m sorry, I’m tweaking as we go. Co-defendant Steve Sorrowitz suffered an attempted kidnapping of his daughter just a few months ago. and the alleged culprit referenced Miss Lively and this case. Your honor could get all the details from him directly or Brian Freriedman. Also see exhibit B which I am sending along with this request. Exhibit B, I am including this news article with all of the information. I continue telling the judge, “My fear and worry here is no joke. It is not some ploy for attention. I move this court to demand that Miss Lively’s council, Ezra Hudson, refile exhibit C and exhibit D in docket number 565. She may resubmit without the pictures of my children. She could have done this already, but she didn’t on purpose. Miss Lively and her legal team have taken away my agency. I choose to share my children on social media if and how and when I want. Miss Lively and her highpriced lawyers should know better. They do know better. This move on their part was cruel and calculated. I do not want my young children on this court’s docket in a case that is being watched closely by passionate observers, many of whom are very dangerous individuals. In addition to the scary kidnapping threat, Mr. Sorowitz also had a fire intentionally set at his home by a deranged criminal in May of this year. Refer to exhibit B again. And many of the parties and nonparties as well in this litigation have received death threats in 2025. You can confirm that with the wayfairer defendants as the media has reported on these threats. See exhibit C which I am sending along with this request. Exhibit C was this news article. Justin Baldoni and his PR team are facing horrific death threats and private health leaks as legal battle with Blake Lively rages on. Death threats. So, I continue telling the judge, “Shame on Blake Lively and Ezra Hudson for exposing my vulnerable young family to such risk. Shame on them.” Additionally, for the reasons I stated above, I also implore this court to impose the strongest sanctions against Miss Hudson and all of Miss Lively’s lawyers, as your honor is able to do with your inherent powers over this court. Imposing sanctions would send a clear and powerful message to Miss Lively’s attorneys that their dangerous behavior, which also includes consistently sharing the home addresses of parties and nonparties in this litigation, must stop. I’m going to tweak that and say consistently sharing on your docket on this I’m going to I’m going to be more formal more respectful consistently sharing on this court’s docket the home addresses of parties and nonparties in this litigation. Hopefully your honor takes my request seriously now with grave concern. Mario Armando Lavanda Jr. So I have put him on notice and her god. This is This is every possible word, every possible feeling. I’m over it. I’m not going to stop fighting, but this is what money does. The uber wealthy use their unlimited resources to wear out their opponents. But I’m not going to stop fighting.
