    Lizo is opening up about her weight loss journey. Speaking to Women’s Health UK August 4th, the singer says, “I like how I look now. I still think I’m big. I’m still wearing plus-siz clothing. I have the same roles. I got the same belly, the same thighs. I think I’m just a smaller version. Body positivity has nothing to do with staying the same. Body positivity is the radical act of daring to exist loudly and proudly in a society that told you you shouldn’t exist.” Lizo started documenting her weight loss journey in 2023, posting many videos at the gym, meal inspiration, and blogs about her mental health. This is the diet that’s helped me reach my goals and help me feel good in my body. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, white meat only, or fully carnivorous, I’m not going to judge you. Do what’s best for you in your life at that moment. All that matters is that you’re happy. And if you’re happy, I’m happy. And she shut down any rumors about how she lost the weight.       Good For her Taking Control of Her HEALTH! She was morbidly obese and now reports are connecting obesity , with a ‘triple’ digit jump in Cancer and Heart Disease among extreme overweight people..
      This country has Never been so out of control with overweight people and health issues.
