More Of Blake Lively’s Deposition UNSEALED!!! Justin Baldoni’s Nemesis Said Under Oath:

Oh, this is juicy. The hypocritical harpy in her own words. Hello, my friend. It is Perez, the queen of all media, the original influencer, worldrenowned journalist, podcaster, and your number one source for everything. It ends with us, Saga. A much larger chunk of the Confederate cause players deposition has just been unsealed and we will get to that. But first, this has been a hellishly busy day on the docket. Multiple parties, victims of team Kaka, filed letters with the judge asking Lying Lyman, her lap dog, to seal their personal information because team Dulu recently once again publicly shared private cell phone numbers with the public. They have a history of behavior like this, including exposing nonparties to danger by listing their home addresses unredacted on the court docket. First up, we have Jed Wallace, the digital samurai, the alleged mastermind of the seemingly nonexistent smear campaign. A lawyer for Jed Wallace told the judge that the antibbellum peddler recently revealed Jed Wallace’s very sensitive information. His cell phone number, his email, and his company’s banking information. Why did that need to be made public? It didn’t. Team Pinocchio knows better and they chose not to do better. They’re fighting dirty. Even though they want you to believe that the only ones landing punches are team Wayfairer Baldon. Not true. This is unexcusable. They even included his company’s routing and account numbers. that specific of bank info. And as I recently echoed, Jed Wallace’s lawyer says, revealing Mr. Wallace’s personal cell phone number and email address publicly would open him up to the risk of being personally harassed. While disclosing streets banking information has its own obvious risks. Shameful. Shameful. Up next, two nonparties to this litigation just like me. nonparties and her team once again exposed them to danger, to risk, to harassment, to worse. Catherine Casease and Brianna Butler Coslo were dragged into this mess because they worked for the agency group TAG, Melissa Nathan’s company. One of them doesn’t even work there anymore. And despite all of that, team ridicula shared their personal information with the public. So, a lawyer representing the two of them says, “Nonparties Katherine Casease and Brianna Butler Coslo respectfully submit this letter motion requesting that certain personal non-public information, specifically personal cell phone numbers and email addresses be maintained under seal.” Then he cited all of the recent exhibits that her highpriced unethical lawyers submitted that revealed their personal cell phones. And the judge has yet to reprimand this continued abusive practice. And he won’t because he’s her lap dog. Lyman is in her pocket aso. And we’re not done. Up next, asking the judge to do his job and seal sensitive information is a lawyer for Steve Sorowitz, the billionaire co-founder of Justin Baldon’s production company. And the dude that is covering all of the legal bills. Thankfully, if it weren’t for Steve Sorrowitz, Justin Baldoni would have capitulated last year. He would have folded, crumbled because he didn’t have and still doesn’t the I don’t even know how many millions it has already cost to defend himself against this untraceable sexual harassment and untraceable smear campaign. If it weren’t for Sorrowit, Baldoni would have released whatever statement the wife of Scarlett Johansson’s ex-husband wanted him to sign and publicly release. But thankfully, because of Steve Sorrowitz, we were able to see the receipts, proof, timeline, and make up our own minds of what we think really happened, the truth. And I love this. Sorrowitz’s letter to the judge not only requests to seal the very sensitive information that her team made public, but the billionaire’s brilliant lawyers also detail the shady way that they have been behaving, the unethical, the sanctionable way that the lawyers for blackface Betty have been operating. His lawyer tells Judge Lyman, “Dear Judge Lyman, we write on behalf of Payo City Corporation, Payo City, who was subpoenaed and produced documents to Miss Lively’s council on April 2nd, 2025, to seek the filing of exhibits 32 and 33, the exhibits attached hereto as exhibits A and B, to the declaration of Christian Bender under seal pursuant to this court’s individual practices in civil cases. Payload City, listen up, was alerted of this motion on Friday, August 8th, 2025 at 5:05 p.m. Eastern via email from Miss Lively’s council letting PO City know that in less than one court day, a sealing motion was required in order to protect PO’s information. The shampoo company owner would blow a gasket if this were done to her and her husband. Sarowitz’s letter continues, “Over the course of the weekend, PLO City has reviewed the two documents and the motion to compel and is respectfully submitting this motion to seal as the two documents contain nonpublic personally identifiable information and the substance of the two documents is not relevant to Miss Lively’s motion to compel. Two emails from defendant Steve Sarowitz’s Payo City email contain confidential information and are merely used in part of a CEG site to show that Mr. Sorowitz had received communications relating to the film via his PO city email. The substance of these documents is not discussed in the brief, nor is the substance of the documents relevant to this proceeding, but rather is used to advance speculation that similar emails may exist. Not going to read this letter in full. It’s a little bit long. Skipping this part that’s not really that relevant. skipping the part where uh courts how they decide to determine what to seal and what not to seal. Back to their case. The exhibits should be sealed because they include quote from or constitute confidential and personal information that is not available to the public and would serve no public interest if filed publicly. Plus, here PLO City is an innocent third party who merely produced responsive documents pursuant to Miss Lively’s subpoena. The information contained in these documents serves no public interest if filed publicly in the context of Miss Lively’s motions to compel. As such, PO City’s strong interest as a third party in this case is sufficient to rebut the common law presumption of access to these documents. The personal information in these emails outweighs any need for public disclosure. So, PO City respectfully requests that exhibits 32 and 33 to the Declaration of Christen Bender remain under seal. And now we’re hearing from the Wayfairer defendants themselves. This is crazy. Everybody is asking the judge to wake up. Do something. Don’t just seal sanction or at least publicly scold Jesus. This first letter from team Baldoni wayfairer says, “Dear Judge Lyman, we move for continued sealing of exhibit L to Blake Lively’s motion for sanctions. Exhibit L contains telephone numbers and or email addresses of certain wayfairer parties and nonparties. Accordingly, the Wayfair parties respectfully request that exhibit L is permanently sealed. Then in a separate letter to the judge, Team Baldon Wayfairer says, “We move for continued sealing of all of these other ones.” Jesus, how exhausting. This one contains emails and phone numbers of non-party individuals as well. It’s just overwhelming. It’s overwhelming cuz none of this needed to happen. Her deplorable lawyers could have already filed this all under seal, redacted for the public, but they didn’t cuz her lawyers suck. And that brings us to the main dish, the entree. Are you ready for it? I’m going to give you a dramatic reading. But first, a very quick recap to jog your memory. Team Beldon Wayfairer recently submitted as an exhibit the full transcript of the Teen Choice Award winners deposition. Obviously, her bestie, Lyman, decided to strike that. But he did, however, order that the self-proclaimed Cherokee American resubmit an unsealed just excerpt of the relevant portion in question. I already shared with you just a little bit of that which came out, but now we got more. Let’s do this. On June 31st, the cinematic terrorist sat across the table from Justin Beldoni and all of the Wayfairer defendants as she was grilled by lead lawyer Brian Freriedman. Yep. He personally asked all of the following questions. handhandling or manhandling woman manand on Vanzan Baruka’s side was ethically challenged Ezra Hudson. Let’s get into it. All right. The first time I introduce each player, I will say their full name going forward just their last name. Starting with Brian Freriedman to Blake Lively. Question: When did the smear campaign end? Her lawyer, Ezra Hudson, objection. Lively answers, quote, it doesn’t feel like it’s ended. Freriedman, it’s still ongoing. Lively, it feels that way. Yes. Freriedman, who do you believe is involved in the ongoing smear campaign? Hudson, her lawyer. Objection to the extent that calls for attorney client privileged communications. You can answer if you can answer that question without revealing attorney client privileged information. lively. I believe outside of what I know through attorneys, I believe that the defendants are involved in the ongoing retaliatory smear campaign. Freriedman asks her, “Which ones?” Lively responds, “All of them. And I believe you are.” To Freriedman, she said. Freriedman says, “And what is the basis for your belief that all of the defendant and myself are involved in an ongoing smear campaign?” Her lawyer Hudson quote, “Same objection, and I’m having to object with respect to attorney client privilege. If you can answer that question without revealing attorney client privilege communications, you can answer.” Lively responds, “Outside of what I know through my attorneys, I believe the act of a retaliatory lawsuit and the pause be please.” And I’m not saying what B stands for. I mean, her name is Blake. How could it be a retaliatory lawsuit when she filed the first lawsuit? The Baldoni wayfairer parties were just responding, were just defending themselves. She filed first. That’s not a retaliatory. So the question was, “And what is the basis for your belief that all of the defendants and myself are involved in an ongoing shmear campaign?” She answered, “Outside of what I know through my attorneys, I believe the act of a retaliatory lawsuit and the press that you have done and the statements that you have made about me and my character have felt incredibly retaliatory.” The same could be said about her lawyers. They’ve given interviews too recently too. I remember her lawyer Mike Gut chatting with CNN in June and saying things that team Baldon could also argue are defamatory or retaliatory. Freriedman then asks, “What about the defendants? What did they do that’s part of the ongoing smear campaign? Lively responds, like I said, outside of conversations with my attorney, I’m unable to answer that. Translation: She’s got nothing. She knows nata of an ongoing retaliation campaign.
