Lately, I have not been feeling super great about myself. Beverly Mitchell is getting vulnerable about her self-image. In a candid video posted to Instagram August 6, the Seventh Heaven alum addresses why she’s been using beauty filters on social media. Hey guys, you’ve probably noticed that a few of my videos have all had filters on it. And I’m just going to be I’m just going to be honest. Lately, I have not been feeling super great about myself. Um, I’ve definitely been really hard on myself and just not feeling that I recognize my body. Beverly, who shares kids 12-year-old daughter Kenzie, 10-year-old son Hutton, and 5-year-old daughter Masel with husband Michael Cameron, then reveals the changes she’ll be making in her life. instead of just wallowing in that, um, I’m going to do something about it. It’s going to involve food. It’s going to involve self-care, exercise, and just making changes so that I can be get back to being me. with the 44 year old ending her message by letting others who may be struggling know that they’re not alone.
