Hi guys, I’m packing my lunch for a 12-hour shift. I thought you would want to know. Somebody asked me about my lunches. So, here goes. I’m starting with a salad. I buy these usually organic uh salad mixes, and I use half one day for work and half the next. I will salvage half of these in my lunch um when I get there. This is half of the dressing. Oh, bye, honey. Love you. Drive carefully. I mean, ride carefully and uh text me when you get there, please. Bye, honey. Be safe. Oops. Hang on. I forgot my chicken. I do this every time. I run away from the screen. I am so sorry. I want to show you what kind of chicken. It’s the bear chicken. I’m going to grab them quickly. trying to say goodbye to my kid. I want to show you what these are. These are not organic, but they’re very all natural. This is one of my go-tos when the kids aren’t here and I need protein. That’s going to be about 24 g of protein. And I will add those to my salad. I have to pack two full meals, so I try to get protein everywhere I can. So, there is my salad in my large lunchbox. I’m packing a 15 g protein yogurt. Strawberry is my favorite. Um, I was planning on maybe let me just chop up some cucumber really quick in that salad. That honey citrus one with cucumber. It slams or it’s slamming or whatever my kids say. You know what I mean? Maybe. So, I’m going to shove those. I just kind of tuck these packets in there. I don’t get a lunch break at work or a dinner break. I have to eat on the go. So, I have to keep that in mind when I’m packing meals. Um, I use the family’s microwave, which brings me to my next meal. If I haven’t cooked in a pinch, I love these Amy’s macaroni and cheese. And then I’ve salted some tomatoes to put on top when it is done. That’s delicious. It makes it more like my homemade macaroni and cheese. Makes me look forward to dinner. I’m also uh going to pack some cherries because we have to have fruit vegetable uh main fruit vegetable crunchy um and dessert my protein bar. So, have I met all the criteria of a good lunch? We shall see. And the last thing, in case I get time to eat it and in case I’m hungry, I like to pack extra snacks. And I’m going to pack some of this sea salt and lime, my very favorite tortilla chips, and guac. And that is my lunch. I also for hydration use uh liquid IVs for work. Um I know they have sugar in them, but I need the I usually only get to drink this 27 oz or whatever it is. I think it’s 27 um while I’m at work. And so I use actually half a packet because it’s too sweet. And somewhere my lid is I’ve already added ice and water. I make it very icy so it lasts all day. Shake it up. And there’s my 12-hour shift, lunch, and dinner. My silverware or plastic wear is in there. I’m good to go. See you guys. I’m going to work.

Alexis, 21, was seen briefly in her mom’s video posted Saturday that showed the reality star-turned-nurse, 50, packing lunch for her 12-hour work shift.
