Honest Renovations, hosted by Jessica Alba and her BFF, Lizzie Matthysse, is back for season 3. They stopped by E-News ahead of the show’s premiere this Thursday to tell us what fans can expect this time around and opened up about changes in their personal lives. Welcome home, ladies. Oh my god, what? This is too awesome. The right changes were not just improving spaces. I can do this all day. We’re changing lives. I don’t even know what else to say. This is amazing. It’s a very uplifting show. Very dramatic before and afters. There’s a lot of heartwarming moments with connecting to the families. You can expect funny. You can expect just good comedy between you and Jeff. I just feel like I know how to build things. How did we get to this conclusion? I don’t know. It just feels like I’m a builder. Watch your fingers, builder. We really focused on like joy and fun and like having more kind of like entertainment focused spaces. Yeah. Um than probably any other season. Jessica and Lizzie also revealed which home personality they admire most. Now, I feel like there’s no one but Martha in my book. She’s just the queen. She’s forever the queen and an inspiration for us all. I give all kudos to Martha, but I think there’s something special about just being us. We do bring a different take that no one else brings. And after taking care of so many families on the show, the women revealed how they take care of themselves. We have like a girl group and we all kind of like share tips. Um Lizzy just did an alone trip for her birthday. I did. And I like jealous of this. It was great. Yeah. I need to I need to do I haven’t done that one yet. I’ve learned from Jess, and I’ve learned this throughout our whole relationship, that true joy truly can exist within you. You don’t have to look outward for true joy to exist. And Jessica told us the advice she gives her kids as they grow up in the public eye. It’s not easy. You kind of have to really know yourself very well, and you have to be authentic to what that is and not allow the outside world influence your true self. [Music]
