    Sarah Michelle Giller snapped on the set of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer reboot. Soon after, the actor shared video to Instagram of her workouts with the new chosen one, 15-year-old Ryan Kiara Armstrong. SMG spotted behind the scenes as Buffy Summers August 7th, rocking a red mini dress with long sleeves, carrying her phone and perhaps a coffee for muchneeded fuel as the TV icon reprises her most famous role in Hulu’s upcoming follow-up to the Supernatural series. Only few details have been shared for fans to sink their teeth into, but we know this time around Buffy’s taking on a mentorship role. Not unlike her former Watcher Giles in the OG drama. God, I was worried that something had happened to you, and of course it has because you’re a vampire. Sarah also producing the reboot that’s picking up 20 years later with a brand new Scooby gang. The 48-year-old dusting off her Slayer workouts alongside the NextGen, saying simply, “We don’t sweat, we sparkle.” Sarah’s BTS role allowing her to share the good news in May, telling Ryan she’ll be booked and busy on Buffy 2.0. How do you feel about helping me save the world? Good. You want to be my my chosen one? Will you stand by my side and save the world? Yeah. Good. Ryan, we all love you and from the second we all saw your tape, there was nobody else in our eyes that could do it that we wanted to do it with. And I’m so excited to stand by your side and have you be my partner on this journey. It’s just so exciting. Oh my gosh. [Music]

      Looking good, just please be really careful with this.

      Nova should be cool and everything, but not surpass Buffy (her entire run was about being "the special Slayer" since it's her universe), or repeat certain things again, like the whole Slayer and Vampire in love storyline for example.

      Can't wait to see how this goes! ✏️❤

      I hope they are able to do some retcon where Angel has some descendants and it’s like a doppelgänger (SIMILAR but not the same as vampire diaries) so David boreanaz can return. As much as I’d like to see James marsters again, based on his human persona I doubt he had any descendants.
