Courtney Kardashian is sharing a motherhood milestone. The reality star takes to Instagram August 8th to celebrate World Breastfeeding Week by giving an update on her own journey breastfeeding youngest son Rocky Barker. Writing on her IG stories, World Breastfeeding Week, 21 months and going strong. The 46-year-old who welcomed Rocky in November 2023 with husband Travis Barker then reveals that prior to their son’s birth, she was told not to get her hopes up about being able to breastfeed him. Writing, “I told my baby we would breastfeed when he was in my tummy every day after doctors told me he probably wouldn’t be able to breastfeed. I prayed about it and I believed it. blessed and grateful for this beautiful life and experience together with my baby. Courtney, who’s also mom to 15-year-old son Mason, 13-year-old daughter Penelope, and 10-year-old son Rain with ex Scott Dick, has been candid about her attachment style parenting, which includes extended breastfeeding and co-sleeping, documenting on the latest season of the Kardashians how she balances her busy work schedule and feeding Rocky. I’ve been in my dressing room since 10:30. I’m so hungry. When I get hangry when I’m breastfeeding, I will complain about any and everything that’s in my way. And you’re going to breastfeed at least another year, I think. So, okay. Yep. Take a note, everybody. You got Rodney Deer? Um, yes, of course. I couldn’t be away from him for this long. I am breastfeeding on demand. So I really try not to separate from my baby. [Music]

Sorry but don’t understand whey there may have been a problem. She feed her other kids with implants and had a lot of milk . Remember this from the show, Wish she told what her issue was if this is true.
Babies grow up way too fast. Keep that breastfeeding relationship as long as both mom and baby want it. The benefits of breastmilk are proven to help with immunity, to give the baby healthy fats in a concoction created specifically for him. Its such a healthy, both physically and emotionally relationship. In the past breastfeeding past infancy into the 2-4 age range was completely normal. Its a shame its frowned upon today.

I dobt care what anyone says a 21 month old DOES NOT NEED TO BE Breastfeeding. By that age they should be on whole food with drinking only for hydration and some milk for calcium if they are able to drink milk
Privilege…. Being able to breast feed on demand vs having to work a 9-5 job to make ends meet while trying to find a quiet. private, clean place at work to pump breast milk so your child can benefit from its nutrients. Focus on enjoying your privileges vs complaining about what you perceive you don't have.

Therefore breastfeeding him this late is still essential for his growth and nutrition. They can have delicate digestive systems so table food may not be the best choice right now.
