There are only a handful of politicians that aren’t completely bought and sold by lobbyists.
The litmus test is if they are even willing to criticize Israel let alone vote against sending them aid.

Which side they’re on? The money side obviously.

I’m glad that Hasan is becoming so well known

Establishment Democrats fear a Bernie Sanders more than they fear a Trump. Bernie’s message fills stadiums and the DNC actively and repeatedly subverts that message. Voting for a Democrat is like voting for an 80’s Republican leaning on identity politics for votes.

It’s hard to trust people like Hasan Piker. I want to think he has good intentions, but he’s known to *regularly* lie. For example, he’ll promise to play games on stream and then **he still won’t game even after promising**

I’m so tired of Hassan.
“Hey Rashida, why do you think the dems lost after I spent an entire summer convincing my fanbase that not voting was better than voting for Kamala Harris?”
“Hey Rashida I’m not a grifter who makes most of his money by equating both sides as the same”
“Hey Rashida I know my entire career is built upon contrarianism and that I once stood for something but you gotta understand… I’m only a left wing shill so that I have enough space in house to run a podcast where I say bizarrely transphobic things from, but it’s okay, I’m a leftist”
Edit: I genuinely believe that people like Hassan duped his young fanbase into not voting because a democratic administration would give him nothing to complain about, and I say this as a left winger who lives on the same island as Owen Jones and Ash Sarkar.
