      Lol for me the song of the summer is Take a Sexy Picture of Me by CMAT but I am not a global authority. Really excited for the album next week!!

      I feel like America didn’t deserve a Summer song…

      if I had to chose one, I pick Gabriella by KATSEYE

      I feel like the closest thing is Soda Pop actually.

      Golden is the bigger song but Soda Pop feels more summery to me.

      Golden from K-Pop Demon Hunters is the song of the summer in my house! Or Wild Horses because of The Summer I Turned Pretty peach scene

      We don’t deserve one this year. Being bombarded with *Jet2 holiday* and *Illegal* is what we deserve

      I haven’t heard at least half of the songs being mentioned – pop culture is so weird nowadays. My Spotify is so tailored to me I feel like I’m living under a rock sometimes.

      I’ve heard a few people say the Diet Pepsi cover by Ben Platt is our late song of the summer but IMO it’s Jet2Holiday

      I assumed it was that Alex Warren song, or some Morgan Wallen borefest that I’d managed to avoid

      if not, my choices are between:

      * Golden by HUNTR/X
      * Love Me Not by Ravyn Lenae
      * Illegal by PinkPantheress

      the US is in a cultural depression because of the fascist government. a lot of art, joy, and celebration is being suppressed. if you think about it, there has been very little “good news” by way of entertainment via Hollywood. it’s all consolidation, withdrawal and vacuousness.

      My song of the summer is Man Child from Sabrina Carpenter. We’re always singing it around my work, belting it while driving with my daughter, and humming it to myself as I tidy up
