Margaret Quali and Aubrey Plaza stunned at the New York City premiere of Honey Don’t last night and we caught up with Margaret about the new movie. What about this role felt like such a perfect fit for you? Honey is just so cool and aspirational. Chris Evans as a reverend cult leader that’s not something that we see every day. Tell me what it was like working opposite him playing this character. It was so cool. like such a surprising uh kind of risky role for him that I think really pays off. Speaking of other iconic duos, you and your mom, could we ever expect to see you guys on the screen together again soon? I’d love that. I’m super open to that. Yeah. What would that look like? What would you love to do next with her? I don’t know. I’d be lucky to do anything. We also spoke with Aubrey Plaza about working with Margaret and the White Lotus. I feel like this movie is like a really like throwback like good time movie. Like I just feel like they don’t make movies like this anymore. It’s entertaining. Everybody in it is amazing and it’s just fun. Like it’s it’s fun. And I think like the characters that Morgan and I play and like our chemistry is like pretty funny. By the way, we’re all still talking about your performance in the White Lotus. So I’ve got to ask you, where do you think Harper is today? Harper I think she just uh bought, you know, a beautiful brownstone in Brooklyn Heights. She’s moving on up in the world. Maybe she’s pregnant. I don’t know. Maybe not. Maybe divorce. Who knows? Is there anyone else that you’d love to see cast in a season of the White Lotus? My god, Merryill Streep. I don’t know. Could you get any better than that? I want that. I want Merryill.
