Jay Cutler says ‘reckless’ ex Kristin Cavallari lied about divorce settlement: ‘Borderline slander’

Jay Cutler claimed his “reckless” ex-wife, Kristin Cavallari, lied about not receiving any money from him in their divorce settlement.

“Let’s think about this logically. ‘Not a penny.’ OK. Married for, I don’t know, seven years or so, three kids,” the former NFL star said during a recent episode of his “Take It Outside” podcast.

“You can go and see how much I made in the NFL. It’s online. You can see the contract from year to year and the total amount at the end of 12 years,” he added.

    1. Ofc she got money. Whoever believed her is naive. He made way more than her plus she gets child support. Asset division, stock portfolios, real estate. To claim she got nothing is ludicrous

    2. What he’s not saying is the money she got is money she earned from her business. She was saying she never took any of his money. She made her own money the entire marriage and left with some of it. He is being intentional about what he’s omitting. He even wanted a percentage of her business.

    3. I like Kristin. I like Jay. But if we're to believe she didn't receive any money from the divorce, that is just silly. What kind of divorce attorney wouldn't get her something from the divorce, especially since she didn't really work for the first 5 years of their marriage. She got paid, as any wife would going through a divorce. Maybe what she means is she doesn't get any spousal support. I really wish the two of them could just get along, at least for the sake of their 3 children. They eventually are going to need to figure out a way to be civil.
