what’s insane is these are all still straight white teeth and clearly the product of extensive dental work

    2. A while ago I read [an article](https://www.gq.com/story/what-goes-into-a-six-figure-smile) about the veneer industry and what can go wrong and it put me off them forever. If you can afford a top dentist and have money to throw at any issue that arises, they work out fine. But if not, it can be a disaster – finding out that they have to sand down your teeth so you can’t ever go back to your “regular teeth” if the veneers go badly is so scary.

I’ve been doing a Lost rewatch with my fam, and all the cast has individual, natural smiles and they are all so hot, but still themselves.

Totally agree, so many celebs have had work done these days it’s hard to find a normal looking smile anymore. In these pics, they’re all unique and it feels more wholesome.

These people all practiced good dental hygiene which is all that should matter.

It’s amazing the way veneers have invented a new insecurity about my teeth looking perfectly normal

    7. Whiten and straighten all you like, and if you’re missing a tooth or have a big chip, fine, replace it. But please, please don’t cover every tooth in your mouth! Be a human with human teeth!

    8. Hollywood hates anything real or unique.

Producers originally didn’t want Zac Efron for HSM because he had a gap. Which he then fixed.

Hard agree. We’re doing an ER rewatch and honestly it’s so nice to see actors looking unique and more human, faults and aging included. The actress who played Carol had some forehead wrinkles in the later seasons, just like me in my mid-30s now! And she is gorgeous! It was refreshing and validating to see, in a weird way.
