      A normal response from a ‘normal’ judge would be to order Ferrer’s attorney to accept the service or provide his client’s personal address. Or that Ms Ferrer herself provides her address to Wayfarer to receive service now that she’s aware they’ve been looking for her. That’s it – one line. A perfectly reasonable response that would be. Does Liman not have better things to do, like ruling on the content creators’ motions for sanctions that have been gathering dust for weeks by now? It’s insane that he chose to write pages in response to the insane motion from Ferrer. Where’s the judicial economy in that?

      If this film gets made, I believe it’s her last chance saloon in remaining credible in the industry, or a box office draw. It’s a good thing she’s in charge because she won’t be able to blame anyone but herself if it flops. And it will no matter how much her hubby and Hugh Jackman promote the film. I can’t wait to see the rotten tomatoes score 😂 and the user critic reviews 😂😂😂

      Would it not be enough to prove the defendants’ guilt (if indeed they are guilty) by proving that there was a retaliation campaign still happening say in February? Does it matter if a campaign was ongoing for six months (if February is the cut off) or for one year (to present)? What would it change in terms of culpability? Is punishment proportional to the duration of a long campaign?

      I think both parties need the childhood diaries, letters, etc. thru their entire life up until now to show the pattern of both parties' behavior that led to this circus…not burdensome in the least, but necessary to show history of bullying. No sarcasm here.

      But Lively served by alternative means and used bogus excuses and it was granted. Even LinkedIn was fair game???I feel that the lively parties will move forward with using her testimony and Wayfarer “will conviently just miss the subpoena deadline” the judge is in on it…..

      I'm confused….the judge and ferrera say that wayfarer have not been diligent in serving her…but ferrera tells the media that baldoni is 'harrassing' her trying to serve her.
      How can those contradictions not be picked up by the judge or the media?? Bonkers.

      I feel sorry for anyone working with her on that film. No one I know will EVER watch anything she's a part of, so enjoy the tax write-off Lionsgate for a failed film.

      Isn’t Ryan linked to Lionsgate? Did not a YouTuber established that Ryan had his fingers in that pie as he has them in all other pies? So when Perez says it’s not a project financed by Ryan, he might be wrong. Also, clear as day it will be directed by the alfa-female herself. The set will be something like Squid Game.

      But they contacted her lawyers by email to ask them to accept the subpoena. Why wasn't that deemed sufficient? Why didn't the judge press upon her lawyer that he should have accepted on her behalf? So her lawyer can't accept the subpoena because she hasn't appointed him to do that? When they were asked shouldn't they have at lease checked with her and let the WF team know that? The whole process makes it so difficult to serve the subpoena and easy to dodge it. No wonder the Lively team opted for the sham one.

      Tips for the film makers.
      1. She must sign her contract right away.
      2. Use body doubles for intimate scenes. Don't risk touching her.
      3. No access to dailies or editing room. No directing either.
      4. Don't ask her how much she weighs even if you have back problems or stunt equipment with weight limit.
      5. Dont go to her parties, Ryan will yell at you and humiliate you.
      6. Don't let maximum effort promote the film. Well we all know how it went last time. Feel free to add to the list.

      I have absolutely no intention of watching—not in a million years.

      I’ve been thinking about this:
      I believe that as you approach the court hearing, you should focus on gathering evidence for two main arguments:

      Even though you filed a protective order in New York, you can still make your case in Nevada. (The idea is that ignorance of the law doesn’t exempt you, so the fact that you filed the protective order shows involvement with the New York court. You can demonstrate that in similar cases, people have successfully navigated a similar situation.)

      Show that digital and independent journalists have received protections similar to those granted to legacy media journalists.

      These are my two cents.

      I also suggest making a video where you show us several options of floral shirts to wear for the hearing and let us vote on our favorite—I’m sure it would be a hit!

      Paul Feig can be the Director of that Lionsgate film Blake is going to produce & edit (seeing as he is already used to working with her & has nothing but praise for her!).
      I can't see ANY other Director ever wanting to work with Blake after seeing what she has done to poor Justin.
      Plus, Brendon Sklenar can play the male lead role. I wonder if two-faced back stabber Isabela Ferrer is hoping to get the female lead role (or maybe Jenny Slate will get it!)

      Funny how all the content creators who got subpoenas and filed to quash and asked for sanctions and fees have yet to hear about all these rules regarding sanctions from the judge, even though their requests weren't premature.
