      It’s so predatory that TMZ keeps video of this up, but they’ve been gross forever. Also it’s not lost on me that so many people like Dump get away with so much legally, but I doubt Nas will get the same grace.

      I hope he gets the help he needs. I do have to wonder how his charges would have played out if he wasn’t a gay, black man, but I hope Lil Nas X has a good support system in place. He always seemed like a good guy.

      This is why I hated the “publicity stunt” comments that came when it first happened. Nothing about this, especially the police involvement, said “publicity”. I genuinely hope he gets the help he needs.

      If he was high on drugs, and someone had called for mental health services rather than the cops, he wouldn’t be in jail. It’s ridiculous that we keep calling cops for things like this when they then escalate situations and people end up in prison as a result.

      I don’t care, I won’t trust the police. I trust them even less when it concerns a black gay man. A lot of celebrities have done worse than this in 4K and the medias didn’t even bother.

      Someone clearly having a mental health crisis and their first reaction is to send him to jail for life.

      Not to get too crazy with left vs right but aren’t right wingers always saying gun violence is a mental health issue? Why not apply that logic here, when Nas is very clearly not being himself.

      A drunk guy on the street with no weapons managed to injure 4 cops? He has the presumption of innocence so I’m going to assume they’re lying until proven otherwise.

      Yeah a cop was “attacked and injured” with a subway footlong too. Not believing shit they say until we have actual information.
