i was 12 when this movie came out so it basically dictated my personality
One of, if not, my favourite of that whole generation.
Eliza Dushku getting excited and asking if the gay guy “speaks fag” was so important to me as a gay 13 year old 😭 I know it’s problematic now but it made me feel seen tbh
repeating what I said on another thread about this: Special shout out to all my fellow pep squad members that were in high school when this movie released and went with the entire team to see it in the theater. 😭

i had a poster of this in my room along with Twister and Jurassic Park.
as a straight male, some people thought I was gay when I was younger because of that poster.
im like “have you seen eliza dushku and kirsten dunst in this ****** movie?” i had the biggest crushes on them and I still do.
it came out on the 25th, not the 26th!
